"check-in agent (Magnifica Class counter) called pax from the economy line even me standing waintin directly in fron of her, asked her to check if my frequent flyer nbr was registered and the only answer i got was "...aha...." (checked at FCO and IT WAS NOT!), her only concern was the weight of my carry on (no checked luggage) which exceeded by 2kg the limit, told her i didn t mind ckeck in but was afraid that due to a tight connection (had to go thru customs in FCO) the luggage wouldn t make it, she replied and showed me the "priority tag" she was placing....the bag came almost last in Rome!!!!"
