Points of Interest

1. Parking

There is no fee to park here but there is of course a fee to enter the park. This is not open in the wintertime. Head out along the west side of Tipsoo Lake and start the loop hike in a clockwise direction for the best views of Mt. Rainier.

2. Great Place for a lunch

This small body of water is a great place to stop for a lunch with a terrific view of Mt. Rainier towering over the hillside.

3. Trail Junction

From here you can descend down towards Dewey Lake or you can continue around the loop and head back towards Tipsoo Lake.

4. Dewey Lake

Views of Dewey Lake if you've made it this far.

5. Bridge Over Highway

Here you will cross over a bridge over the highway back to Tipsoo Lake and the trailhead.
