About Jovel C
Lives in Sierre, Switzerland
Since Jan 2015
18-24 year old female
My name is Jovel and I am currently in my final semester in Switzerland studying International Hotel Management. Born and raised in Singapore, I spent my whole life seeking out the best places to eat, stay and have fun. I am a serial thrill seeker and absolutely enjoy discovering off the beaten path activities such as hidden escape rooms, indoor batting stadiums and speakeasy bars. I also enjoy travelling and have lived in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Paris and Switzerland. On top of enjoying engaging in local cultures, I speak a variety of languages from English, Mandarin, basic French and Thai. My travel style revolves around off the beaten path routes and itineraries. From Couchsurfing to engaging in local transportation instead of private transportation, I mostly find myself with my Sony A6 camera wandering around the city and talking to locals and other solo travellers and backpackers. I do also throw on a fancy dress and dine at delicious restaurants being a serious foodie.
