3rd Stay and I can’t thank Domingo and the whole team who made it possible in the uncertain times we face. Everything was perfect as normal from arrival to leaving. Made so welcome by all and felt safer then ever with the actions in place at the hotel. Food was fantastic service fantastic room fantastic and exceptionally clean. Reception very helpful. The Hotel is great for all and I will be bringing the Grand Children next year. Domingo you should Be so proud of all your team from front desk to cleaners form Poolside to Restaurant. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant Peter and Sharon Stephenson very happy customers and friends

We were on our way from France to Barcelona and decided to cut the trip by staying one night in S'Agaro Mar. What a great surprise this hotel was! We got a room with ocean view and were delighted with the friendly and helpful staff. Next time, we will plan to stay longer.

Stayed in room 309 and the service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff are happy to help. Beautiful hotel in breath taking location, the prefect place to relax and unwind. If you're looking for a restful holiday this is the place for you. Customer service at it's very best especially from Karim (Manager) and Vanessa.

Well starting with the good - the view from our room over the bay of St Pol was truly captivating- day and lit up at night - so try and get a 6th floor front room - the price at 80 euros for half board was in fairness cheap - but, the buffet was far from good - a lot of the food was cold so only go for stuff cooked at the chef station - but even then burger was raw - when busy the chef struggles to cope with demand and likewise bar only has one bartender trying to do drinks, snacks and coffees so waited for 20 mins for a tuna sandwich and a beer - the rooms are dated although functional - bar furniture and sun beds are past their use by date and should be replaced - air conditioning is pretty useless and room was hot even end of September - piped music is continually played which drives yo mad after a few days. the hotel needs a proper upgrade which its location would justify- the beach below is lovely with great kayak hire and very low key development - the receptionist likes to stand outside the entrance puffing on a fag which sort of says it all - ok for a few days if you get a room with a view - the contrast between this hotel and another in the GHT group in lloret de Mar couldn't have been wider - they should replicate its formula here - sofas in reception very grubby too.

We would like to clarify that we control the temperature of the food in each service, so we are sorry if you had another impression. Regarding the air conditioning, if it did not work properly, you should have mentioned it at reception and we would have done everything we could to solve it.
