On our third visit to this enchanting site. Stavroula had kept us our beautiful room right on the seafront terrace. Two friends were staying nearby, but came over every evening for cocktails facing the north wind. When the ferries were cancelled, we were able to stay another night. The pool is protected from the wind, and we were lounged in the sun all afternoon. Breakfast on the new terrace included fresh fruit and homemade jams and cakes, and could be enjoyed quietly in the windbreak.
Probably the best hotel /site in Pollonia.
Beautiful and very comfortable apartments: clean beds, clean bathroom, useful kitchen, and air-conditioned.
The structure has a little but beautiful private swimming pool, the owners do the maintenance every day.
The staff is ABSOLUTELY kind, at your service, and I strongly reccomend the place also for this reason.
If you want to appreciate the real Milos and the real Aegean atmosphere, here you are in the right place!!!
My friend and I enjoyed our time staying here. Though the room was a bit dated and definitely needs a freshen-up, we found it generally comfortable and the hotel had a great relaxed, family friendly vibe. The breakfast was a small selection but decent and had fresh fruit which we enjoyed. The hotel has a private beach which looked lovely but we preferred to walk a few minutes up the road to the sandy beach instead. We also utilised the pool area which was nice and quiet and they provide a selection of sunscreens and after sun gel in the reception area for free which was a nice touch! The hotel is in a great location being close walking distance to the main port area of Pollonia with lots of restaurants to choose from and a hire car service should you want it. Great budget hotel.
We stayed for a week and thought it an excellent choice. The location was good just a 5-10 minute walk from the town. Nothing much in the way of bars or restaurants nearby though they have a bar. The property is located on the sea side but the shoreline is mostly rocky. Never the less we enjoyed sunbathing and sea swimming. Our room did not have a sea view but was large and comfortable and spotlessly clean. We chose the hotel because it was one of the very few on the island with a pool which was nice. Out of season they seem to have a lot of larger parties - there were groups of sea swimmers and Norwegian oldies there but they were no real problem. Can recommend.
I stayed here with my daughters for 6 nights and we thought it was great. The owners stavroula and her son tassos as well as all staff are very kind, friendly and willing to help you make your stay on this island memorable. Rooms are clean and spacious and water pressure for shower was very good. Wifi worked well throughout complex and the pool was clean with plenty of seats. The view from the breakfast and bar seating is so beautiful overlooking the ocean. The beach is easily accessible. Also plenty of parking available if you have a car with you. In the morning there is a variety of breakfast options including the traditional foods but my favourite was the home made baked stuff made by stavroula in particular the orange loaf!! The main town area is only a 5 minute walk where you can find lots of tavernas, bakeries mini markets and a pharmacy. This is a great place to stay and go on different day trips to see the rest of the island. Would stay here again for sure!
