The room was good but the whole experience was ruined by the system and reception staff.
On arrival we were keep waiting as the young lady from the shop was unable to book us in. When eventually after a long wait we were told that the breakfast that we had booked would have to be paid separately and supplied by a third party which is totally unacceptable as it was booked with the room as a package. Even after we showed our booking confirmation of the total bill we were informed tha we were wrong !!!!!!!
In the morning after queuing in a pubic place to be presented with breakfast we had to eat it in a public eating area. While this process took place a coach party arrived at the same counter. If we had been a few minutes later we would have had to queue another half an hour before getting breakfast and then fight to find an eating place !!!!
The whole experience was totally sub standard compared to other comparable establishments, that we have stayed in, and the competitors.
There seems to be a Management problem on site!
Customers have to ring to gain access to the parking, no codes like other hotels!
There is no door access machine for late arrivals, as elsewhere, so if you are late there is no easy access!
There is no private Hotel breakfast area and little choice!
