We travelled around Thailand for 2 weeks staying in 3 different hotels and resorts before checking into this place. The rooms were filled with mosquitoes (this is because the bathrooms are open and there are no windows to keep the mosquitoes and other bugs out!) The aircon when switched on sounded like we were on a flight back to Australia. The bath tub was so old and stained that we refused to touch it. There is a kitchen however they are no longer in use..so dont even try and ask for cooking utensils. The kitchen tap when we turned it on fell in my hand! The pool is old and dated with missing tiles. The footpaths are also the same. And dont even get me started with the breakfast, lunch and dinner service! Heads up there is a 17% charge on all food. They have cocktail and drinks specials signs all over the place but NO ONE knows how to make a cocktail so all they offer is beer. Take it from me go elsewhere.

Amazing view from the room and bathroom - tropical paradise!

Spent the last 2 nights out of a 9 day trip to Koh Samui at this place.Lovely spot, but about 15 - 20 minutes from town. By this stage we were over Thai food and wanted a steak sandwich ( which was on the menu ) but had to settle for a small bowl of chips. The staff try their best but cannot understand English very well.On the last night we were in the pool and decided to have a couple of cocktails, it took them 40 minutes to deliver after having to look through a book on how to make them, once we got them, there was no ice or garnish.I won't even mention breakfast.
Management needs to be sacked, current staff need to be trained or terminated, the courtesy bus needs to be free & not 200 barht per person one way.

We have been coming to the q signature for several years now and always love the hill top location quite beach and fabulous views normally I would give it a very good however this year the lack of maintenance and management changes definitely showed.

The pool, whilst still having great views, was visibly peeling and cracked, large amounts of algae on the non functioning infinite waterfall, pool bar never open, no assistance to get sun loungers and towels out from behind the bar, several lights broken and wood work rotted all over the site including on our room balcony.
It didn't seem any of the water features around the site were working and acted as an unsightly mosquito breeding ground.

Inside the rooms still looked good at surface level, large beds and bathroom, spacious balcony with stunning views however on closer inspection the curtains and lampshades were visibly stained/worn. Sheet rotation left a lot to be desired as several sheets had holes in them, although the housekeeping seemed efficient changing them regularly and did the nice little touches with frangipani flowers on the fresh towels.

The saddest thing for us on this visit was the attitude of the manager. We have two side by side apartments with kitchenette, we don't use it much just make some toast or cereal in the morning so my mum can take her medications, however when we arrived all the crockery/cutlery/appliances had been removed. We thought this had happened in error so asked the manager for them to be replaced and were given a short rude "No" and that we are nomlonger allowed to cook in the kitchenette and we were expected to eat in the restaurant. Now I have to say in all the years coming here we only ate in the restaurant once and it was enough to put us off indefinitely, overpriced, poor quality for price and not the atmosphere we wanted, so to be told we are unable to use our self catering apartment to cater and that we must use the restaurant was ridiculous.

This place is located in a great quiet area of koh samui, with some of our favourite restaurants and cafes on the island located just a short walk away and we would love to come back however there needs to be significant improvements to maintenance and management attitude before we will book again.

Four of us traveled to Samui and had a fabulous stay in a 2 bedroom Villa close to main buildings. Beautiful seaviews and close to a lot of small shops and restaurants Not in busy hustle and bustle. Villa was very well equipped with crispy white linen and Thai furniture .Very friendly staff and infinity pool a must after a long day of shopping Very nice pool bar with friendly waiters. We rented a jeep nearby and traveled a lot Scooters only for experienced drivers please !
