We were at Lexis from 25-26th June 2016. Booked the room during the soft launch period, so the rate was RM399 for a Premier Room. The strength of this hotel is the spacious rooms. Absolutely loved the king sized beds. Bathroom and toilet was separated. The bathroom had a very nice bath tub. Only problem is none of the bathroom/toilet/steam room has locks. Will be a bit tricky if anyone decides to just open the doors without checking if there's anyone inside. Loved the pool, albeit being a bit small. We stayed in the room all the time to maximize the usage. One room for improvement is the breakfast buffet. When we went down around 9am for our breakfast, the coffee shop was full, so we had it at the Japanese restaurant downstairs. The spread of buffet was very less for a hotel of this caliber. Quality of food was also so-so. The standard nasi lemak lacked in oopmh. There were only 2 choices of very diluted juices. However, service was good. Pleasant and helpful staffs. Would definitely return here if possible.

This hotel is situated near international hotel about 10 mins away. Very far away to town like Georgetown and batu ferringin area.
Rooms are spacious, 2 king size beds with a super large toilet area, private pool and a sauna room. Level 8 have all kinds of of facilities like Bullard room, gym room, sauna room Sara he's in both male and female toilets, swimming pool, Kidz play room, karaoke or ktv room (suitable for family), spa, all kinds of different table games like scrabble, genga, rent mahjong set for etc. There are 2 eating places here a coffee cafe house where they serve all kinds of food and a Japanese restaurant at level one.
Children will love this place. Behind the hotel there are seafood place called Lao You Seafood by the beach.
The only thing about the room is the shower room, no rubber mat given so be careful of the slippery part.
Service was quite good. Free mineral water given daily up to 4 or upon request.

The kids liked to play at the pool and bathtub. The food for breakfast and dinner at Roselle Cafe is also kid friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable but slightly old. Staff are friendly. The view from the room is great. It is a nice place to relax with the family.

The condition of the room is very good and the friendly welcome from the staff is very satisfying. I received the most friendly and courteous service specifically from the 2 staff roslan bellman and hafiz from the coffee shop as it will be the best experience during my stay here.. surely i will return for more..
