I stayed here for not even one night as I really just needed a place to leave my bags and rest until a local friend was able to pick me up after their shift at work. However, I'm so glad I chose to stay here because the entire family staff was so kind and helpful to me. They took all four of my (very heavy) suitcases directly to my room, explained everything within walking distance on a local map for me, and even assisted in getting my luggage in a taxi late at night when it was finally time for me to leave. The room was also very clean and you can tell they put a lot of care in the hotel. It was a nice, quaint little welcome into Downtown Cancun :)

Stayed 2 nights here and would recommend it. Good value. Very friendly family run b&b. Nice room with choice of fan or ac to keep it cool. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day on. We walked from here to the centre market and even to the big new America mall complex.

This was our first stay in Central America. We stayed four nights and it was an excellent choice. Jorge and his family looked after us very well. Breakfast was fruit, yogurt, pastries and coffee. The place is spotless, clean linen and towels each day. Room 1 was quiet. Fan in our room. Jorge organised a tour to Chichen Itza via BAKTUN Tours $US 35 each. Long full day. Excellent value. Good guide. Buffet meal was plentiful. Much cheaper than many others we were quoted. Air con large bus. Thank you also to Jorge’s daughter who spoke English to us and gave us all info we needed for Cancun and local transport. Kate and Paul

We spent our last 2 nights in the Yucatan, by staying at the Mallorca in Cancun. Our check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly, helpful and sweet. The owner was often present and his staff spoke well of him. Our room, with private bathroom was very clean and spacious. The bedding was wonderful, the shower was hot and had great pressure. Breakfast was simple and made fresh. Water and treats were left in the room for us. The location was good for a little exploring. Great place for fabulous pasta at Cheesters just around the corner. We will stay there again!
