Really big room. The breakfast was wonderful. You can have anything you want for breakfast. The “dietetica” omelet was the best omelet ever! Apart from that, plenty of other choices. The restaurant in the evening also provided a top personal service with nice choices. I also looked the warm swimming pool, which was damping when it’s cold outside.
I went to Puebla for business related.
I stay in Marriott for two weeks.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room was clean with all the basic amenities.
Food was good but menu was limited that I felt so I use to go out.
Location is very close to the downtown (like 15 minutes by car).
Overall I like this hotel and recommended.
The hotel has a Spanish colonial style (inspiration at least) and seems almost like a vacation spot in the city. The swimming pool is in the center of the courtyard what looks nice.
Check in was uneventful. The room was clean and the bathroom has the necessary amenities.
Room service was a little busy but not horrible slow.
Overall a good stay and I would stay there again if coming to town.
One of the most interesting hotel layouts and grounds in Mexico. Beautifully landscaped, and rooms can be in the modern tower, or lower 3 story traditional layout. The food is superb, and I have not had a better steak than in the separate dining room for this specialty. Several types of salt and sauces imaginable - Himalayan salt was my favorite.
You will not be disappointed on this excellent hotel and property.
Hotel decided to do a full party with loud music until 1am on a Wednesday!
The extremely old bedrooms provide no noise isolation, not even to people talking outside and much less to loud music.
No respect or solution provided to the guests.
