I do not recommend this hotel not clean remotes for tv dont work room smells a lot from cigarette smoke also saw small roaches and got bitten from fleas. I did not use pool area so I do not know how that area might be.

Breakfast could have been better if they had more options and more seating. Room was nice and clean and had ac. Felt very safe and comfortable in our room. Did not try the pool but looked amazing. Would stay again.

The room was not bad for the price. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only problem is that we didn’t really have any warm water in our shower. But overall a decent stay. I would book this hotel again

Average I won’t stay there in the future I’ll rather stay at the Real Inn or at the Araiza. Its really disappointing that in the website it offers you private balcony and you pay extra and when you walking in the room it’s basic 🤨 its ok lesson learned.

I was expecting better service from the staff, but I was sadly disappointed. There was no dial tone on the phone in the room. I wrote down the names of the guests (myself, fiancee, son) during check-in as requested, but when my son returned to the hotel after us the front desk clerk would not let him through because she said that only 2 guests were registered. He provided her with the room number and she tried to call the phone just rang because it was not working on our end. I had to come downstairs and let him in. I was already asleep and resting. Not good.
