We were happy to find this affordable clean, dog-friendly hotel. The room was large and very clean with Satellite TV and a fridge as well as a bathtub. It was in a residential area that felt safe. Free parking right in front of the door. Lots of rooms and we didn't hear a noise all night. Big green space out front to lounge or walk the dog. We took an Uber to the nearest subway station so the location was pretty good. We would stay here again. Wifi reception was poor in the to room but acceptable outside the door.

The location of the motel was good in a quiet area a little bit far from downtown Montreal (about 30 minutes driving). And there was a free parking at the motel, which was the best point. the motel was old, but we didn't care. the room was small but organized, and it was a good choice for the money I paid. It was nice to see Chinese people at the reception speaking English in Montreal ☺

The room was above the reception .room 301. Window so high and small ,that felt like we were in prison. furniture in the room looks like they find on the side walk. smelly room. Because of reception service I will give two stars. won't come back to that motel.i get what I paid for.

Needed a place that accept pets. Owner very nice and they do charge $10 per night pet deposit. Room was.....interesting. Mirror on ceiling and along one complete wall said it all. Plus the sign that said to NOT use massage oils in bed! Rug needs replacing but was actually clean ( full of stain marks but very clean). Bathroom newly renovated and was fantastic. Bed was comfortable-stayed at "better" places with over worn beds. Tv was...fun. Cable box and tv had issues syncing up but once it did the reception was great.
Dog wise excellent for walking-lots of grass. Easy access.

I decided to go with this motel only because it was given a 4/5 in its ratings, which is better than most of the hotels i was looking at. We asked for a nonsmoking room. At check in, we were given two rooms to choose from. They both smelled strongly of smoke. The place was moldy and dirty. We later realized it was the beds that smelled of smoke. What a waste of money. They charged $10 extra for my 4 year old. It is also in a terrible area, next to a power plant or something scary looking. I don't usually rate hotels but I had to correct the ratings.
