The property is surrounded by lush gardens the area is very well maintained. Staff have been absolutely friendly and wonderful and the views from the room is very beautiful. We stayed at the Secret Garden room which had its own pantry area and living room which was very comfortable to stay in.

My only negative comment is the breakfast choices which I do think is very subpar. Given that this place charges rates which is almost equivalent to 5 star hotels, I would expect them to have a better breakfast selection than this.

The resort is very lovely and the staffs were very helpful. We came here before its changing the owner. The lobby terrace is impressive and cozy. We arrived a bit late and the staffs waiting for us. They made a good dinner and reasonable price. The room is lovely, homey and there are plenty of electric slots (loved it). We didn’t try the lower living area but we tried the room terrace with the valley view. Sipping a morning tea and enjoy that greenery were unforgettable moment. The room didn’t have any television which expected you to enjoy their natural surrounding. We just had to use wifi for an urgent event but the signal wasn’t stable however we connected in the lobby was fine and fast. Their garden was interesting and there were a lot of flowers and trees. We preferred to stay here rather than driving back to Chiangmai town on the hilly road. Then the next day we could enjoy many places around that area. We recommend to try their boiled rice for breakfast.

Staff is very helpful and courteous (they helped us with the dinner despite late check-in). The place is beautifully decorated, starting from the moment you walk-in to every corner if your room. The lay out is well thought out and even though you get the tranquillity of the hills and staying in wooden huts, you aren't far of from the charging point or hot water kettle. Kudos to the designer of the hotel, it is truly special and ensures a memorable experience.

I stayed here at the end of March which is quite low season so there is almost nobody else and it was great. Though it's almost April which is normally savagely hot, we can stay calm and cool here all day long, especially in the morning when you have breakfast. The outdoor seating at lobby near reastaurant is very nice spot for chillax.
The tab water run very very strong, maybe too strong.
There is not so many choices of breakfast but the vegetable is very fresh.

Every guestroom here was built in a traditional lanna country house style I believe. They are all on stilts and 99% of wooden structure. It gave me a quite relaxing feeling especially at night and in the morning.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable, bathroom (with shower) was a bit cramped but ok, room was reasonably clean and yes the large balcony was my favourite zone to sit and chill out during my stay.
Breakfast here was superb especially salad with their special pumpkin dressing, try it and you won't disappoint I'm sure.
Their staff, I mean every staff was quite helpful and they know well the limit and gap; when to come/leave our table. Coffee and drinks are recommended.
Their location made me worried when we first arrived as it was very close to the main road uphill to Monjam. But when we got in to our room, we hardly ever heard any vehicles voice.
Rent a car and drive there yourselves is the best way to stay there. Remember that this is not a cheap resort but you get what you paid...
