Stayed one night after time in Italy. Hotel was situated between both train stations we were using and we walked both ways.
On arrival we were welcomed with complimentary drinks and cake available in the lounge.

The hotel recommended and booked us into a great restaurant nearby. We had a drink from the honesty bar on our return again in the lounge area which we had vouchers for so did not pay .

Breakfast was in our room and we had a good choice and it arrived promptly. We chose omelettes and bread with jam with tea and coffee. There is a small table and a chair in the room as well as a desk to put trays on.

The room was not too small . The bed was comfortable. Great shower and toiletries. Good size safe. Good Covid measures in place.

Only negative comment would be that we did not know if the water in the room fridge was provided. There was a seal on the ridge with other drinks in. To be fair we did not ask and as we had some left from our journey was not needed.

I stayed in the superior double room for 3 nights with my fiancée. The hotel is located in a lively area full of bars and restaurants. It's also a short walk away from the more upscale Marais area with nice shops and more places to eat and drink. There is also a very nice food market close by on Fridays. The hotel itself located in a quiet side street. The metro stations are around 5 minutes away. The check in went completely fine, the receptionists are very friendly. It's also possible to store the luggage on the day of departure. There is very nice lounge area where one can have takeaway food and drinks. Free coffee! The room itself was big enough. There is closet and air condition. The shower is very nice, barrier free and has rain shower. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I can highly recommend this hotel.

What a welcome we received at 7:30 a.m. after a long flight. Marina welcomed us and gave us tips about where to go, where to eat and how to get to places. Nothing was a bother to her! The room (402) was charming with funky furniture, elegant bathroom with Italian shower and comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space and while the room is small, it has everything you need. Great Wi-Fi, too. LOVE this neighborhood. Room was a bit noisy on a Friday night, however.

A great hotel with helpful staff. Room was a good size with a great shower. They booked me restaurants and helped with little problems like a faulty iron! Location is good as the street has excellent restaurants and cool bars.

I've stayed 3 night in this hotel with my wife.
I've book on their website, offers are very good, and you can also personalize your stay (i.e. it was my wife birthday and I've ordered a flowers for the room). Some other options are available.
I've booked a deluxe room, that is bigger than the standard one, and it was really a good choise; The room was very large, great bath room. View from this room is on the internal garden.
I had also the breakfast included, that is very nice, great quality and well refurnished.
The Staff was excell, starting from Cristina, that gave us a real help understanding wich metro was available due to the strikes in Paris.
I've choose this hotel because I loved the way it was designed, and the fact that it was in a non turistic area, but with a lot of restaurants for the evening, not too far from the hotel. We love walking when we visit cities, but I have to say that this position in really well served by metro and trains.
The hotel is really clean, well mainteined. My wife enjoyed also a welcome massage, she commented as fantastic. The presence of a small hamman is another thing to consider, expecially if you are visiting during cold months.

Questions & answers about the rooms

Answer from HOTELFABRIC

Dear clients, Our Top Floor room is facing the courtyard and there is a small window and a skylight. Indeed, there is not much view. If you prefer a room with more light, you can book a Triple or a Deluxe room, there are large windows but please, note that they all are courtyard side. Please, don't hesitate to contact us by phone or by email for more information. Kind regards, Anastasia Front desk

We found the heating very hot and we couldn't turn it down. We asked front desk who said to open the window. We did for a while but as we were on the first floor we were reluctant to leave it open all night as would have been pretty easy to climb up and get into our room from the courtyard.

Hi there, do the bedrooms have kettles in, to make a cup of tea?
Answer from _helen_pavli55

There is no need, as there are tea/coffee making facilities (espresso/cappacino machine and a great selection of teas) with biscuits in the cafe in the foyer. Good quality tea/coffee. Free of charge. All day/night.

I would check with the front desk. I stayed in room 207, which came with a rather large bed and a chaise sofa that could probably act as a bed for another adult. You can see pictures of the room under my review from September.

My husband and I stayed in a deluxe and I would not recommend that size for 3 adults and a baby(even a really easy baby.) It was tight for the 2 of us. How close are you to your traveling companions? (We’ve lived in DC. Think tiny Georgetown hotel with a queen bed.) The top floor rooms may do. The breakfast was amazing (we got a package that included b’fast and it was worth it) and it’s a good location.
