1st time staying at a servigroup hotel, we chose the nereo for location. Close enough to everything, yet quiet enough away from the noise of the strip.
This small 4**** hotel was spotlessly clean with wonderful staff. Our room was located on the 5th floor with a stunning pool / street view..
lovely comfortable beds, no noise so was able to sleep at night.
Showers were absolutely fantastic, very powerful indeed.

Bar area, drinks were very reasonably priced, no need to go out for a drink as it was a lovely atmosphere within the hotel.
Pool area, was shaded during certain times of the day, but at this time of year we didn’t lie about for very long around the pool.

Lastly the restaurant, probably one of the best hotels for food we have stayed in..
Great variety and lovely and hot.. the hotel was quite quiet, which suited us nicely as no rush, stampede.
The staff do a wonderful job.. looking forward to our next visit to a servigroup hotel..

Stayed a week at Servigroup Nereo - everyone was really welcoming & helpful. Rooms spacious comfortable &randaughter when required 24/7. clean. Had a double standard room and disabled room which had wider doors & wet room for wheelchair user - they made sure as requested our rooms were close to each other so I could assist our Grandaughter 24/7 when needed. Only drawback is lifts are bit small but manageable by going in backwards.

Just returned from our first visit to nereo..hotel was very clean,staff very helpful,food really good ..Will definatly stay again...my only downside was I could of done with air condition in the room...we were on the top floor brilliant view but obviously heat rises and the room was too hot...they only turn air condition on in the summer...

A lovely holiday in this little gem of a hotel. An excellent location, spotlessly clean room, extremely comfortable beds and a fiercely powerful shower. The food was varied and fresh. The staff are generally very friendly, the only exception being the girls in the restaurant who look very sullen.Yes the hotel decor is a little odd, a mix of modern & traditional, but look past this and you will enjoy.

We decided to have New Year in Benidorm, we had stayed here a few times only recently in the October but decided this hotel is where we would like to stay again. When we booked this hotel we did not know about the gala dinner.We know the staff are good and work hard but for the gala dinner they went above and beyond to produce a truly splendid evening. The staff started work that morning to create a space in the main lounge area for the tables and space for the welcoming drinks and food not a small feat in itself because the sofas and chairs had to be manhandled into spaces that didn't exist or looked like they didnt.The restaurant was full for the meal and the kitchen and dining room staff worked like trojans to feed and look after everybody,which they did to a very high standard. Once the meal was over we moved out to the bar and lounge area to find the sofas and chairs had been moved back for the guests to enjoy their drinks for the rest of the activities. This review was never going to be about the hotel because I've covered this in the past and it is always a good review, it was going to be about the staff and how they went above and beyond that night to create a truly memorable evening. A hotel that treats you like friends and family and not just customers.

If you speak to reception on arrival, they will upgrade you if the have bigger rooms available. It will be a tight squeeze with 4 in a standard room. Or you can ask who you booked with. The are some larger standard rooms these are at the ends of the corridoors, you could email the hotel and ask. They are very helpful.

Hi there no they are not very big better off getting a superior room as long as the children don’t mind sharing a bed lovely size rooms with a large double an a double sofa bed but they are not pool veiw hope this helps it’s a lovely hotel

Is there a charge for safe in room

No. All the safes in the rooms are in the cupboard above the fridge and is operated by your own combination number. This is still the case as I only returned from this hotel yesterday. There is certainly no charge

do u have to pay to have tables reserved in dining room

you don't reserve tables in the dining room but most people arrive at different times so can often sit in the same position.i've never heard of reserving tables at hotels and we've been to a lot of different hotels in different countries
