This was an excellent hotel, very clean and modern. It was very well located, being around a 10 minute walk from the central station. The staff were great, always happy to help and they spoke good English. The room was spacious and very well kept, perfect to relax in after a long day exploring Milan! The bathroom was good and the shower was exceptional! The Wi-Fi was also very good.
The menu for the attached restaurant was also very good for vegetarians and vegans and the food was excellent.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Milan.
The location is really good - you can easily walk to the city center and see Milan. The hotel and the room I stayed at were very clean, and not to mention the shower was so good! But most importantly, the staff there were absolutely amazing. They were always helpful, always smiling, always so friendly - especially the owner, he is a lovely guy! Would definitely stay again!
I stayed for two nights. While it might look close to Central Station it’s about 3/4 of a mile walk...which definitely gets tiring. There is a Carrefour Express very close by and a place called Panzu around the corner that serves coffee and pizzas and simple/quick meals.
Regarding the room, I was traveling alone so had a somewhat small room. I feel that the bathroom and bedroom were very dark. I noticed one of the light bulbs was out in a fixture and they had this weird lamp (unplugged) on the desk. Hand soap, shampoo, and body wash are all in dispensers which was great. However, they didn’t provide anything more than a shower cap for “extras”. No lotion, cotton swabs, tissues, essential toiletries people tend to forget.
I was looking forward to the sauna, but then found a “menu” that said one hour of sauna use cost 15€. That information should be on the website. Breakfast was free, but very basic and included coffee.
The last morning, I took a walk to Bosco Verticale. It was a nice walk and ended up being about 2.5 miles round trip.
This was a lovely hotel and was so much nicer than we expected! Super clean with a 5 star vibe, the relexation room downstairs was beautiful with a sauna, and calming music, tea, etc. Beds were huge and comfy.
The rooms were beautifully clean, nothing to fault at all!!
The menu for vegetarians and vegans was so good especially for (Italain cuisine)
Also super close to the train station.
Staff were so lovely and made us coffee when we arrived and were really friendly, helped us organise out airport transfer aswell.
Perfect for a relaxing city break weekend- we left feeling refreshed!
The hotel is small but nice, clean and confortable.
Although there are some major faults that will be the reason for me not coming back:
- english from staff is horrible. They are all very nice but it is not acceptable that in touristic points staff don't speak english. Totally unacceptable.
- rooms in the top floor are below roof so there are a lot of noise during the night
- I had a problem with my room and the reception staff didn't try to solve it. Just say "we are full". No apologizes, no compensation, nothing.
There are a lot of hotels in Milan. Please avoid staying on this one.
