To make it short, Alasia Hotel is THE PLACE TO BE IN. It's not only a beautiful hotel, but provides everything necessary and more for the ultimate relaxing experience. In short:
- Location: 5 min from downtown / parking always available
- Spa: Very high-end facility, the pool has a signature healthy saltwater with sauna and steam room / recommendation: Royal Thai Massage
- Restaurants: amazing ambiance, with extraordinary food. We tried their breakfast, all their dishes & had the valentine dinner (6-course set menu to die for!) & Sunday brunch (crowded & busy with exceptional dishes) - if you're a guest at the hotel or not, their food should definitely be on your list.
- Property: very clean, there's a wonderful smell across the hotel. The hotel is filled with flowers and candles and a fireplace overlooking an outdoor pool.
- Staff: The best for last. Not only is their service quick and accurate, but everyone is extremely hospitable and welcoming. We truly felt at home.

Lovely hotel with a nice ambiance. Candles are a romantic touch everywhere along with an open fire in the lounge area. Staff very polite and friendly. Only a couple of points to make, we couldn't control our heating in the bedroom and we were uncomfortably hot - unfortunately it was late at night. Also, a good thing would be to inform customers in their confirmation email that the car park is 100 metres around the corner from the hotel and that you needed a code from reception to open
the secured gate. We thought we had to
park outside the hotel and this proved
very difficult as it is built up. Maybe they
may consider this for future. Overall a nice stay, with a bowl of fruit in the room for the birthday celebration, although maybe a bottle of wine would have been a nicer touch ;-)

I don’t know where to start on how bad this place is! Checkin went ok but they don’t allow early checkins. That was ok wanted to go out anyways but it went down hill from there. When I returned found out they will not empty the mini bar for my medicine had to put it in a refrigerator somewhere else. Just so they can sell the mini bar stuff! Then there are no outlets next to the bed for my cpap machine asked for an extension cord so they bring a two meter one to go across the room. Then to find out they don’t have air conditioning like there site says! The room was over26 as they shut it off as it cool outside. This would be fine if the hotel was in a quiet area its not. I don’t know why they cut the ac unless they are only servicing clientele from warm climates. Hate to see what summer would bring no ac at 50? It appears to be in a residential area but it is a thirty minute walk to town an any restaurants! Night was acceptable. The breakfast was at the level of a 30 euro hotel not in this price range. But that’s not even the bad part they don’t have enough seats for people to sit inside so they are forced to eat outside at 15. Oh but it gets worse then they are doing the tree trimming so oh how good it is to have the bugs! Ok now to what gives the hotel its stars the spa. I booked 7pm for the steam, sauna and hot tub. Well do to a series of event didn’t make it back until 7:15. The spa closes at 8 so I am not allowed to use it. OK after the next days touring around wanted to use the spa at 3pm. Cant do that because they are closed so they can trying to sell some new services, my guess is they are sub par anyways seeing how the rest of the hotel is run! I did find the housekeeping very helpful the rest of this place could learn the basics on customer service. Again at 30 this place would be acceptable but by no means in this price range! I was in a really good mood when I returned as the manage was so pompous and wouldn’t even allow me to leave before I got mad. Was really close to hitting this guy! For the bathroom it is a good size but there is no hot water it is the same temp as the cold. What where they thinking the sink has a sensor on it so when I called housekeeping it didn’t work for here then they called maintenance it worked until he left. Then its one of those sinks so even if you could fill the sink to shave or do any bathroom activity it does not retain the water. I guess no laundry gets done here! I am think this place is run by people that have no experience in hotel management!

This hotel is not located on the seaside but it’s well placed for somebody doing business in Limassol. It’s a small hotel run by a local family, the staff at the reception are very professional and friendly. The room I was given was a bit small but nothing was missing for a short trip like mine. A confortable bed, a small but clean bathroom, the window was looking at the swimming pool and there was a balcony to sit outside. The wifi quality was good and generally the place was silent. There was an outstanding assortment of sweet and salty products for breakfast, medium high level. But the real surprise was their restaurant which I tried and enjoyed a lot the fantasy and the quality of the dishes created by the young chef Chris. Most definitely a bit of a hidden place to reach but very very convenient, I will surely come back to enjoy the kindness of the owner. Fair value for money.

On arrival at the hotel, whilst booking in you are handed a glass of cool lemon drink. Which was very satisfying after a long journey. Checking in was painless. There was a complimentary bowl of fruit and a bottle of water in our room. The water was replaced every day. . We had fruit and chocolates at other times during our stay. The free WiFi is excellent, very fast. We got complimentary Spa treatment for one hour a day, every day. There is a lovely pool , well 2 pools with a bar. Breakfast was really great, good choice of buffet, hot and cold food. There was also, yoghurt and a selection of fruit juices. The breakfast Staff, Sylvia, Sunita and Preya, were helpful and friendly. There are two restaurants at this hotel. The Polo and Terrace restaurants. The Polo been the main restaurant. The waiters here were also very helpful and friendly. Mono, who is always smiling and Robert who is just brilliant at his job. Sunita also worked there along with Pryanka,. The girls looking after our room, which was a good size and spotlessly clean, with great showers (there were 2) and Joe Malone toiletries, are very hard working, Alisa (who we wanted to take home) and Flora. Reception was staffed by four people at various times, Kristina and Liountmila, were absolutely fantastic, organising trips for us and looking after all our needs. All this done in a friendly and professional manner. Lampeos and Athanasi were also helpful and friendly. There are not many good restaurants close to the hotel, but the food in the hotel is so good, there is no need to eat elsewhere. It takes less than 25 minutes to walk to the Old Port. There is a walkway to the Old Port, so no traffic. We would highly recommend this hotel for its, Staff, Cleanliness, Food, Happy Atmosphere and Relaxation.
