The property is an excellent location, overlooking the beach and the sea, on the front right opposite the grand pier, 2 minute walk from the town centre. The staff couldn’t of been more friendly, the hotel entertainment was fab a really good atmosphere, then we got to the room! Yes it was clean but outdated is an understatement!! And the bed!! Absolutely horrific!! It was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever had the displeasure of sleeping in, room 211! Unless you could mould yourself in the massive dips in the bed there was absolutely no way of getting comfortable! Overall I think the rooms could do with a massive revamp. The only reasons we paid was for the location.

If there were more stars to give, I would. This is a quaint okde world hotel on a beautiful sea front location. The staff were all friendly, the room was spotless and the bed very comfy, I had the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant overlooked the sea, it will be lovely in the summer. Very good value for money. Suffice to say if we need to stay over in Weston again, this hotel will be top of the list. It's a big 10 from this reviewer.

Lovely old hotel which is slowly being modernised. From the reception to the late night bar and security you could have been given a better service from the staff, breakfast was very busy but the staff coped brilliantly, not top quality ingredients but good enough to set you up for the day, our room had very noisy floor boards which couldn’t be helped and the bedding reminds you of a visit to your Nans house back in the day but great staff, location and value for money, highly recommended and will be returning

Great little hotel in perfect position
For seafront and town centre.
Nice warm welcome from reception.
Room very basic with view of the bins but you can’t win em all!
Comfy clean bed.
Breakfast was served to you - nice traditional English.
Best bit was downstairs bar with great staff and the added bonus of entertainment!
We will come again ...

This is an average hotel in my view. A comfy place to stay with friendly staff for a night. The room was warm, clean and comfy although it could have done with an update and being on the ground floor was rather dark. It certainly served a purpose and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The only down side was at breakfast. The food itself was really nice when it arrived. People were served around us who had arrived in the dining room after us. All the waiting staff were pleasant and organised expect for one, who was our waitress. We eventually were served and were not disappointed with what we had.
