The design of this hotel is outstanding . Took 10-20 minutes walk to the main road. My room this at the 3rd floor. A clean twin bed. They provide you 2 bottles of water. The Mountain view from the balcony of the room is just amazing. I also like the painting around corridors.

Left Koh Phangan and we were en route towards HatYai. Decided to stop by at this small town to take a look around. Checked in the hotel at late hours and the receptionist seems drunk/half asleep. Anyhow he still attended to our needs accordingly. Walk in price are slightly higher than hotels.com. But overall it is still considered cheap for such spacious room. Certain rooms smelled musty. So we checked each room before we place our bookings. I booked room 10 & 18 after screening through most of the rooms. That's the only two (from first floor) that doesn't smelled musty.

It's a short walk to the centre of town and in a quiet location and the road out to the train lines has some food vendors on the road side for breakfast and in the evening.

The room was large and cool, we were on the ground floor at the back, it was very bright. My biggest complain is the rod was a little dusty/dirty and as I said in the title a little musty.

I booked my stay in this hotel through agoda.com, I was initially attracted to the hotel because the room prices were on offer and I am travelling on a budget. I decided to hire a car from NST airport, when I got lost in Thung Song and couldn't find the hotel, I called Khun Nui for some help and she came to find me in the town centre with her family, she then came with me in my car to show me the way to The Villa, pointing out all the things to see and do in Thung Song during my stay.

When I arrived at The villa, my bags were taken up to my room for me, I was showed around the room, the family really made me feel very very welcome. The receptionist didn't have much English but Khun Nui told me I could call her anytime if I had any questions or problems, I did not have to call her because the room was beautiful, clean, very comfortable bed, it had a big TV in the room (although I didn't watch it)and a mini fridge with complimentary water and apples. The shower room again was very clean, the shower was nice and powerful with hot water - one point I will make about the bathroom is that the floor is very slick when wet, so be careful!

The hotel is very new so not many people know about it yet which is a shame because I really enjoyed my stay there and I know others will as well.
