The worst place I have had the misfortune of staying at. We booked for 2 nights as part of a family holiday. Not only did we have to lug all our heavy bags through the main bar to get to the rooms, we put the Please Tidy our Room sign on the door only to come back that evening to find nothing had been touched. Apparently the house keeper doesn’t come in on some days- not that guests were told that. We were told we could help ourself to more towels and bedsheets to remake the beds. As for the continental breakfast, only one side of the toaster worked, which was very inconvenient since there were so many guests there, the kettle was almost completely empty, there were no glasses for the juice, no plates for the toast and no cereal. For the price, it was very shabby service. The one star is only because the room at least looked fairly clean on arrival. But I won’t be staying there ever again. I’d rather sleep in my car on the side of the road than stay there. Do yourself a favour- if there is nowhere else in the area to stay, choose another holiday destination.

I went on a family trip and it was absolutely terrible! How? Well, firstly, they don’t tell you that the ground level is a pub and you have to carry all your bags up the stairs to your room. When we finally got to our room it turns out we got the wrong one. So they gave us the RIGHT one finally, but that was only arrival day. Day 2 was even worse. My little sister wet the bed, so we had to get the room cleaned. But, it turns out that the cleaner can take random days off, not that they tell you that. Overall, 2nd worst hotel in NSW.

Stay somewhere else: otherwise you might make some of the staff do some work. Catchphrase was: it's not my job: from the manager! No bowls, glasses and half a working toaster for breakfast. We had to suggest we'd go buy our own toast bread before staff decided to do so. The pub closes whenever it feels like. Tea and coffee in room without kettle to be able to make it. Stains on curtains, flooding floor by shower. Perhaps we should have stayed in the room we were originally given keys for which was occupied. The only place in 30 years of travelling that reception was unstaffed for checkout without any alternative. That, after we were told by the manager that to get the included breakfast, we should have filled in the ungiven form the night earlier when he closed everything before 7PM. Stayed 2 nights, was the nights too many. Will not be returning!

First we ordered for a 2 bed room and got a 1 BED room so we have to take our luggage all the way back and get another room and go back up with our (HEAVY) luggage and go into our room. book any other motel or hotel apart from here!
I went with my wife and kids and the website never said anything about it being inside a PUB.
We had to walk through a crowd of drunk men with our 6 and 7 year old girls.

I stayed here while in town for a function. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room also had a good shower. Breakfast, which is included in the stay was very good the next morning as well.
I would stay here again.
