Spent 3 nights in a 2 bedroom unit. Location is amazing for the price. Unit was good size for the 3 of us and had everything we needed (including washing machine and dryer). Pool great but totally shaded in the afternoon so gets cold. Unit was not ultra clean (sand and scum in shower, balcony covered in sand and dusty) but quickly cleaned it and enjoyed our 3 nights.

definitely one of the best locations in mooloolaba. Seems it is 100 metres from everything.Older resort with everything you would expect on site spa pool, gym etc.
Strongly advise you to pay the little bit extra and book the 5th floor as you have private access to the roof top with spa bbq dining area etc.
we have booked again

The lady on reception was very lovely. Check in was initially difficult as there is nowhere to park while you check in, you have to find a park in surrounding streets until you have a keycard for the on-site parking. In their underground parking you have to drive on the right hand side, and it’s super tight for a large vehicle. You can park wherever you want, no reserved spaces. There’s plenty of luggage trolleys by the carpark elevator.

The pool area is great, a hot spa, warm toddler pool, and then larger cool pool, in a unique design with nicely maintained greenery. Cool pool was heated enough for me to join my kids for a swim mid-winter.

The unit we had on the first floor was compact and quite worn. Seemed clean but it was hard to tell due to things just being old and so no longer able to get them shiny and “clean looking”. The textured ceilings had some cobwebs hanging off them, in the kitchen a cupboard was wonky on its hinges and missing strips of laminate, a lot of the blinds had snapped pieces and on some the pull cords didn’t work so had to open and close them by running my hand over the slats. Hooks had been removed from the back of the bathroom door leaving holes and missing paint. Back of the tv remotes broken. Tv in master wasn’t working, maybe just flat batteries in the remote - which was held together with tape. Just generally a somewhat worn appearance, but it was cheap so I wasn’t expecting it to be flash, and wasn’t bothered. I prefer to book direct with places but found one of the booking sites to be cheaper.

Unfortunately I didn’t sleep well in the master bedroom. There was so much light from outside and the blinds did nothing to block it out, so the room was lit up bright all night. Also, the first two nights there was quite loud white noise in the master that came on some time during the night - I’m not sure if it’s outside aircon units or what but it woke me up around 2am both nights. I got up during the first night to investigate if it was a fan left on in our bathroom or where it was coming from and discovered there was actually pouring rain outside - I hadn’t noticed it was raining as in the master the white noise was drowning it out, while from the lounge and other bedroom the rain was audible.

Free wifi worked in the lounge but not bedrooms. Even in the lounge it was too slow for kids to watch youtube, but ok for website browsing. Full sized fridge and microwave, stovetop, washer and drier. Mini bar of soap & shampoo (x2, for 4 people booked in) were supplied and a price list for extras. $1 for an extra roll of toilet paper, 20c for soap, etc. One bath towel each, no facecloths. One hand towel and bathmat. In the kitchen there was one tea towel, one chux cloth, no dishwasher.

Bedding was clean and nice. One spare blanket between four guests, despite it being winter. Beds were very firm.

Heat pump/aircon in the lounge. Fans in bedrooms. Small balcony was nice to have, overlooked the street. While we didn’t have a nice view of anything, the location was great, very short walk to both sea life and to the beach.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for a single night while passing through Mooloolaba. The location was brilliant; close to restaurants, the Surf Club, beach. The price was cheap compared to other places in the immediate area. Maureen who greeted us was kind, warm and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. We didn't really use any facilities as such, however the pool area looked clean and inviting based on the view from our balcony. The kitchen seemed to have all the required utensils and appliances. My only critical comments would be that the Kitchen decor may have been a little dated, and one of the doors was a little loose on the hinges. However neither of these really mattered. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is a great value for the price. It was very cozy and quite, perfect for friends and families.
Nice people and great service. The pool was clean, I had a great time. Lastly, the view was a cherry on top.
