Fantastic chalets (there are three) with absolutely extraordinary service. A small gym is available and the chalet we stayed in had its own sauna. Even the ski storage room is first class. Both breakfast and dinner served in your own private chalet were exquisite. The service team was excellent, always available to provide help or advice. The provided transportation service was especially helpful. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. I can highly recommend these extraordinary chalets.

We had the absolute pleasure to stay at the 5 star accommodations at the Circle Chalet in Zug.
Zug is at the end of the valley a 6 minute drive from Lech in a little charming village. In fact, Zug has a wonderful Culinary experience at Rote Wand kitchen, which is just around the corner.
We were very close to the Lift and every night we skied back to the chalet. The location was wonderful. And if you wanted to go back to town it is a short drive away.
The service for our group of 5 was nothing less of 5 stars.
The entire staff Anna, Michael, Klaus were wonderful and so helpful. They arranged everything from the airport pick up to lift tickets to reservations to a ski guide. They did not miss a thing!
The Chalet itself was beautifully appointed with European mountain look all natural wood and monotone contemporary look. There are 3 chalet units in the complex but in fact we never saw anyone.
The chalet was very spacious. Sofas and chairs were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything from a full fridge to Nespresso coffee.
The bedroom and in suite bathrooms had rain shower as well as hand held, enclosed toilet and bath tubs. Again all modern and new
All or almost all of the slate floors were heated.
The windows and doors all had the unique opening mechanism opening on an angle like a window or fully opening from the side.
Breakfast and Dinner were served every day on white cloth covered dining table. Meals were wonderfully prepared and the staff basically served and made whatever our group of 5 was in the mood for. We ate in our dining room but they also had a quaint dining room and bar at the entrance level.
The rooms had nightly turn down service.
There is a sauna/shower/ chaise lounges in the spa area.
There is also a gym with new equipment
There is a ski room with heated boot rack and cubbies and underground parking if needed.
There is a laundry room for guests
The staff was always available to drive us or pick us up anywhere in the valley
The unit has sonos speakers and system in several of the rooms
TV and Cable hook up was also in almost every room.
Our group has traveled the globe and truly this chalet tops them all. A perfect getaway. A great value considering the other options in the area.
We can’t wait to come back.

"First of all we had to find a place in the Lech- Arlberg area of Austria that had at least four bedrooms and four bathrooms in order to accommodate the ladies in our group, and I was designated as the one to find such a place. Needless to say, these amenities are not bountiful in this area (or Europe in general), but i managed to stumble upon the Circle Chalets Arlberg in the town of Zug, Austria- and boy am I glad i did!!
After discovering how beautiful this place was, the vast amenities and the 24 hour butler service, it was a slam dunk in our group to reserve our week in this place. So I spent the next 5-6 months working with this lady named Romana, ironing out all the details and answering all my stupid questions. At every turn this lady was nothing short of an absolute pleasure to work with.
Once we finally arrived on site it became immediately apparent that we had hit the jackpot! The warming was heartfelt, the place was amazing and the service was nothing short of outstanding. As it turns out, we were the first Americans to stay at this place - which we found to be surprising.
Within a short time after our arrival Romana had us all (7 of us total) in her van heading to the ski rental shop. In no time we were back at the Chalets with our ski equipment and weekly ski passes that covered the entire region. Our afternoon snack was waiting for us and we settled by the nice wood fire that was prepared for us every day. The place was so comfortable and accommodating that it is almost hard to describe. Having a house to yourselves that is also connected to a full service restaurant where they prepare your meals and then serve your meals to you at the massive dining room table in your own dining room is an experience none of us had ever witnessed.
So the next day we headed to the slopes - which happened to be immediately outside our door- and Romana was leading the charge as she took this day to ski with us and show us around the slopes, which was awesome.
The skiing in the area is unbelievable and the culture is as well. Everyone is so friendly and inviting, but none more-so than the entire staff back at the Circle Chalet. From Romana to Keks the chef, to Tim and Daniel the butlers, everyone there went out of their way to make us comfortable and in the process become our friends, and they were very successful in this endeavor.
We spent a week at this most enjoyable vacation spot and the hardest part for all of us was leaving. We had such an unbelievable time, made so many friends and created so many fantastic memories that we all struggled when it came time to say goodbye to our new friends at the Circle Chalet. However, we now have new friends for life and I somehow feel that our paths will cross again, and I most certainly hope that they do!!
So if anyone is considering a home away from home type of trip to this storied location, you must give Romana a call for you'll also have a new friend for life and a trip you'll never forget!"
