We stayed here because we were going to Silverwood for my son's birthday. We had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before so we didn't know what to except. We had an incredible time! Al and Daryl were so great with communication. We had gotten to the Cedar Mountain Farm Bed and Breakfast a little bit early and were able to leave our luggage there until the room was available. This place is so incredibly beautiful! Al and Daryl welcome you into their home as if we had known them forever. My son had his birthday while we were there and Al and Daryl made is special and gave him a scone with birthday candles. It was great! They had their granddaughters visiting them and they showed us around the property. They even had a 4 day old baby goat which was the cutest! We got to feed the goats and sheep. They also had turkey's, chickens, and two mini horses. We had the greatest time and felt so welcome. The breakfast served was so delicious! I even got the recipe for the snicker doodle cookies. Yum yum! We will definitely be staying here again. It was fabulous!

We stayed overnight at Cedar Mountain Farm to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and it was wonderful. The animals were delightful! Daryl and Al made us feel so welcome, and exceeded our expectations again and again. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean. The mattress was very comfortable: We had a great night's sleep. We will be back!

We loved staying at the Cedar Mountain Farm B&B. We stopped in for a night before visiting the Silverwood Theme Park (which was also great), and would highly recommend it. We have two teenagers who at times would rather look at their phones / can be surly, but within moments of arriving they were completely disarmed. The two great granddaughters of the owners happened to be in town, and took us on a tour of the farm where we met goats, chickens, cats, ducks, turkeys, ponies, etc. The owners are extremely warm and casual, had brownies waiting for us, and made a delicious breakfast with tons of good fruit. The next morning our kids were some of the first ones up (that just doesn't happen...) and were out and about on the farm saying good morning to their new farm friends. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet even though the house was full. We have not stayed in a lot of B&Bs, (we usually choose the privacy of an AirBnB/VRBO), but we will definitely do this again. Highly, highly recommended!

Cedar Mountain Farm Bed and Breakfast was the icing on the cake of my recent trip to Silverwood. Located just a couple miles from the park entrance, but off the highway and back in quiet farm country, the location couldn't be better. Al and Daryl, the hosts, were warm and welcoming and greeted me as if I were an old friend.

The room I stayed in (Forest Suite) was cozy and charming. Beneath the patchwork quilt that adorned the bed were divine bedsheets-- luxuriously smooth! And the electric fireplace created a lovely ambiance. The (very clean) bathroom was private and located just across the hallway.

After a long day at Silverwood, Daryl welcomed me to join some other guests outside around the campfire for s'mores. Breakfast the next morning was lovely. On that particular day she prepared a pretty fruit plate, fruit smoothy, eggs, turkey sausage, and strawberry shortcake. After breakfast I enjoyed meeting Al and Daryl's hairy, wooly, and feathered farm animals.

The previous night I'd stayed at a motel in Coeur d'Alene, and the difference was night and day. This place may have ruined me forever on motels/hotels and their cold, sterile-feeling environments. Coming to Cedar Mountain Farm felt like coming home to family. I'm now determined to stay here every time I visit Silverwood. I've been telling my friends about this wonderful bed and breakfast and honesty couldn't recommend it more.

I got wonderful recommendations from friends who visited the farm just several weeks back.
I didn't hesitate, booked a room and took my 3 boys to Silverwood for 2 days and stayed the night in the farm. I had high expectations and I was not disappointed.
Al and Daryl were wonderful and although we arrived late, they left guidance on the door, surprised us by upgrading us to a bigger unit with no additional charge. we got 2 bed rooms with huge shower place and a jacuzzi where my boys had so much fun. The shampoos were unique and smell like taken from the woods the entire cabin was building from. We were so tired and fell asleep quickly and in the morning Daryl prepared us wonderful breakfast that we ate with great atmosphere. Out side we could go and see the goats, the chickens and the rabbits.. what a wonderful place to be.
