We spent two amazing days at the Riad Sidmimoune, the staff is very beautifull ,clean, the hotel is beautiful where everything is in the refinement. The pool is a real plus. In short, a dream holiday in an extraordinary city. workers ready to help anytime and give all informations ,adivces u need .
We stayed at the Riad Sidi Mimoune for 5 days and we had a great time. The room was spacious and tidy, the breakfast delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful (even coming up with suggestions for what we should do during our stay). Only downsides were that their card machine was not working and the pool was tiny. But otherwise I would thoroughly recommend a stay here!
A bit difficult to find at first and if new to Marrakesh like us a bit scary at night with two kids ask your taxi driver or guide to take you there, once there you get your Bearings and everything is within walking distance.
Great staff, spotless we had a family room which was great, kids had there own space,we had dinner there which was also good and the breakfast is very good with fab view of the city.
Wifi not too good in the room but lovely nooks and crannies to sit and pick it up down stairs , plunge pool which the kids enjoyed.
Would happily stay here again and would recommend as a lovely safe place to stay in Marrakesh close to the media and other sites .
Apparently, the area is rough, but there is nothing to be worried about. The area is safe, 10 minutes walking to the Kutubia. This is a beautiful Riad which has everything a tourist needs. Friendly staff, always willing to help, a small pool (you appreciate this after a hot day in summer time ) at the court, and a terrace.
The place is clean, our room had safe , and breakfast was very good.
Definetely, I will stay there again.
We stayed at this Riad for 4 nights. Really love the staff, absolutely lovely and with a good command of English, if not, French. Breakfast was different everyday and I loved the surprise of it.
Our room was quite spacious with enough room for us to put things away without it cluttering the place up. Obviously it's not like a European hotel, but it had everything we needed - clean towels, a clean bathroom and shower, a comfortable bed, good lighting.
Our room was on the bottom floor next to the pool which was a good thing! :)
What I loved about this place is the plethora of little coves and spaces we could just sit and relax in, and also the various balconies where you could relax and enjoy the sun.
What's not so fun is finding it. We got an airport transfer service which dropped us off outside the main walls. What followed next was about 15mins of asking various locals how to get there, as it's quite tucked away, and down some alley. You have to have your wits about you or you will get lost in the myriad of surrounding alleys. But once you know where you're going it's not so bad. It does get a bit tiresome though having to walk 5 minutes round corners to get to the main road everyday.
