first of all, it is very difficult to find because there is no marking on the building. Also, we were very disappointed with the room. everything was dirty! the floor, the sheets not changed and the worst shower (sticky floor, unwashed earthenware ...)! and in addition, important piping odors in the bathroom!
Pity, the room is big and pretty! really bad ... thankfully the employees are nice (even if they don't speak English).
We only stayed one night at the hotel. It was not so easy to find as there is no real office. A woman that did not speak English got us to our room. Putting aside that the room seemed from the door relatively new, the bed was dirty and the room in general gave an impression of "used". I am ensure whether it was a hotel or a else business. I would recommand to stay somewhere else in Chiang Mai.
This apartment room was big, light and airy and only a short walk into old town.
However, the shower room was incredibly mouldy and the room needed a good clean. There was an option for either city or mountain view of which we got neither. The walls were very thin and the building was missing a roof so the room was very noisy. Not the worst place but not great either.
