We stayed here for 2 weeks in a Deluxe Double Room and we had no issues; everything was kept clean and if anything wasn't to satisfaction, reception would work to fix it right away. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful with any requests and flexible which was much appreciate by myself and my partner.
The hotel itself was situated close by to a train station and multiple bus stops as promised so it was easy to get around, as well as plenty of places to eat and even a batting cage within a minute's walk. They had a cafe, breakfast buffet, gym, and a convenience store within the hotel complex which also made the stay enjoyable.
The room was spacious enough to feel comfortable with a TV which had about 4 English channels and dozens and dozens of other local channels (I think it went to around Channel 70 or above). The washing machine inside the rooms was very simple to use as well as quiet, and it also had a Dryer mode which did get a little loud at times but it wasn't too distracting. If you didn't wish to use the washing machine, you could also have it washed and cleaned by staff within about 2 days, so there were many options available to ensure you weren't running out of clothes on your stay. They also had air condition which kept the room nice and cool, had a thermostat which was able to control the room and shower temperatures, and intercoms for any guests or room cleaning at the door.
The hotel was able to accommodate people to the airport via a shuttle bus, however this only operated during certain hours which were outside of our travel time. The staff was then able to organise a taxi at a cheap flat rate which was able to get us there within around 30 minutes from leaving, so you won't need to worry about transportation of how to get back to the airport upon leaving.
It was great value for money and the staff were very friendly and helpful, so I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
