It was day use staying with the family. Its a memorable one since we arrived at the main gate. Following with the check in procedures. Very smooth. It was around 11am. Smiley girl at the reception i do not remember her name. Escorting to the room by bill captain Hassan Rabie who did an excellent orientation about the hotel.
Room is fabulous. Pool. Building. Everything are very luxurious. Hotel is a real diamond in New Capital.
Thanks everyone in the hotel for your hospitality. For sure i will come again and again. As well i will advise all my friends to stay in such a fantastic hotel.

My visit in Eid El Fetr holiday in Almasa Capital
1st thing you can realize is the luxourious Reception and the admission procedure was fast and thanks to Mr. Islam for his good attitude
But the strange thing that when I used booking.com the US Dollar rate in the hotel was 17.25 despite being 16.86 in banks in the ssme time
The hotel needs more outdoor signs to get the direction to the gate you should enter
The room was clean nice with comfortable bed and pillows .
everywhere in the hotel is well decorated and the hotel has great landscapes and areas to take photos and even to do photosessions
The pools were good but the pool with artificial waves had strange arrangement of palm trees in front of the seats not behind them so it blocks the view somehow and the broken chairs were not changed or fixed through the 2 days
Balcony of the room has no nets so mosquitos and flies can fly into rooms .
People working are cooperative but not friendly.. and unfortunately I left my mobile charger in the room and when I called the hotel house keeping the stated that they didn't find it but when I called Mr.Islam personally he resolved the problem and the charger was borought back
The hotel has good kids area and bicycle track small football court
Really it's a good escape not far away from Cairo and you have many things to do there

Surely I will visit them again

This hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels in Egypt. Very Wide and luxurious rooms. Didn't have time to use other facilities like the pool but the room was very comfy and new. It's very far from the city center, it took about 45 to reach it from cairo airport.

Questions & answers about the rooms

Hi The difference is the view. Deluxe room has swimming pool view while club room has a view on the garden and lake. I prefer the deluxe view especially in the night. Both rooms are the same and marvelous. Don’t miss the free transportation to Cairo Festival mall and to Almasa hotel in Nasr city which is close to city stars mall. You need to check the timing of the transportation in the reception. Enjoy it.
