My room is literally a hole in a wall. A standard double room with extra bed which left no room for anything else. However that's no news to me, as Singapore is a beary beary expensive country :) A plus point of this hotel is they provide a luggage scale at the lobby, which comes handy for a budget traveler as I am, if you know what I mean.

Stayed at Tai Hoe last May 2014 with friends, knowing that Singapore has a high cost of living, we opted for a triple sharing room (we were assigned at a no window room). Beds are comfortable to sleep in though room is relatively small, but hotel staff are friendly. They give complementary drinks (bottled water), new set of towels, rooms are always cleaned everyday. Just a stone throw away from City Square mall and Mustafa Centre. There is also a money changer across the street - Mustafa money changer & a hawker center. It is also near the MRT station via access to the mall. The only con is that they are changing the wi-fi password everyday and only one gadget can connect, unless you are willing to pay for an additional one.

we stayed three nights in here. 4th floor. Room was clean and quiet. nice view from the window. air conditioner, mini fridge, tv, telephone all in good condition. good wifi connection but chargeable. Comfortable clean bed.
Bathroom was clean and neat and also had hot water.
Room/bathroom was cleaned every day and bed sheets and towels changed,
Hotel is situated in great location. 2min walk to MRT, Shopping malls (mustafa, City Square) so many restaurants around the hotel.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. special thanks to Mr. Bao Hua.

The room is small but it is very clean inside, you got free wii-fi each person, but the connection poor at night and good in the morning. didn't have any breakfast. i get here with my family and i think it fits to if you come with your friends.

Was staying in Tai Hoe Hotel with my family members last week before and after we went to Batam. On the first night, the family room that assigned to us was small and we couldn't find a place to put our luggage, however on the second night we're getting a bigger room as compared to the first night. The counter staff was friendly and it is near to the mustafa shopping which is open 24/7, so we can do our shopping there. The hotel near to farrer park MRT station that allowed us to access to other places easily.

We have stayed in room 401 suitable for 3persons. Rooms are very small but clean. 1. They have fridge.
2. No other charges. I also booked on MMT.
3. Yes, depends on availability.
4. They change towels n bed linen everyday.
They can also help you in ticket booking, cab booking (grab/uber).
Hi the rooms are suitably big for a Singapore budget hotel.
1). As I recall the bigger room has no window but the smaller family room has window.
2).Blankets, pillows basic shower and beverages are provided.
3). The rooms are big enough for 4 adults. My mom was on wheelchair and with the wheel chair we were able to transfer her on and off the bed comfortably.
4). This hotel has lots of tourist from India. It is next door to Mistafas and City Square Mall. In the event the electrical points are different you can buy an adapter from Mustfas. I cost around SGD$5 .
Hope this answers your questions.
Have a pleasant trip and stay in Singapore.
Cheers
