The room is very very small, no place to put luggage and also no place to sit, i must sit on my bed, but the bed is too low, for young guy no problems, but for old people who can't squats is not suitable for them to stay here. The wifi is good, I booked 2 room 2 night, the TV can't watch, the pictures keep on sharking .

Avoid this hotel. None of the pictures shows the true picture of this hotel. The room is extremely small with no space for luggage, rooms are dirty with stained sheets, mouldy toilets and spoilt TV.

Should be fined for false advertising based on the room pictures on their website. Jz avoid at all costs.

The staff was very helpful.
Room condition was a little edged but ok.
I have requested for the room with the view, but when I get to the room the only natural light source I got was only above the actual window which I’m not sure can be opened?
All the toiletries are set.
The location is very near to all the attractions

Marco at reception was friendly super efficient and a credit to the hospitality industry in singapore. He checked us in within a few minutes and had us in the room in no time so that we have lots of time to explore the heritage Chinatown and hunt for breakfast.
The lady at housekeeping (sorry didn’t get her name) was also very friendly and In the short time we had in the corridor she was greeting and chatting with many guests a testament to her professionalism over and above her duties.
Overall a great experience and we will certainly be back.

I think every room should have those you required. I stayed there in twin room, there was fridge and I believe they had kettle for coffee/tea as well. If you wanna make sure you can send them email. They would reply pretty quick. You can go to there website asking questions.

Does executive queens room comes with bathtub?

I would guess NO. Our bathroom didn't even have a wall or a door...just glass separating it from the bed! Very dim lighting; but no privacy! With no window, it felt very confining.

Try Bliss Hotel. Close by to Porcelain, they have Quad family rooms, only slightly more expensive and much more comfortable for your family.
