Marco at reception was friendly super efficient and a credit to the hospitality industry in singapore. He checked us in within a few minutes and had us in the room in no time so that we have lots of time to explore the heritage Chinatown and hunt for breakfast.
The lady at housekeeping (sorry didn’t get her name) was also very friendly and In the short time we had in the corridor she was greeting and chatting with many guests a testament to her professionalism over and above her duties.
Overall a great experience and we will certainly be back.

We booked this hotel almost a year in advance and were delighted to be informed that we had been upgraded to an 'executive room'. Heaven knows what a standard room is like, as we ended up in a grotty little annex which smelt musty and was tucked away in the back of beyond. At least we had a window (even though it was opaque), the other couple in our party didn't even have this luxury and were instead stuck in the basement without any natural light! Cleaning was dubious, the bed was fixed against the wall so access was limited and it was almost impossible to clean it adequately. Tired does not do this place justice, it was more comatose!

I was bitten by ants during the night, despite being on the 4th floor.I rang down to reception in the night but there was no one on duty. The next morning the receptionist was very rude and said we must have brought food into the room...we did not! They would not refund us any money or even say sorry, very unprofessional attitude!

Cosy room and bed for single traveler. The mini fridge and boiler in room is useful for me. Suggest to have some hooks in shower room for towels. Hangers on wall in room is kind of too low. Tv is working well too.

Will not sure if it possible, if u brings two kids then should ask the hotel first. And 1 think i tell you, that you must book executive room or above.

I think every room should have those you required. I stayed there in twin room, there was fridge and I believe they had kettle for coffee/tea as well. If you wanna make sure you can send them email. They would reply pretty quick. You can go to there website asking questions.

Does executive queens room comes with bathtub?

I would guess NO. Our bathroom didn't even have a wall or a door...just glass separating it from the bed! Very dim lighting; but no privacy! With no window, it felt very confining.

Try Bliss Hotel. Close by to Porcelain, they have Quad family rooms, only slightly more expensive and much more comfortable for your family.
