We have been in this hotel twice, it is excellent. The junior suite and the club rooms are big enough and nice. The service is excellent. The bathroom is big with bathtub also. Our new suite has also handy phone with free mobile internet that I didn't know before I book, one more surprise :) the lounge breakfast is limited as the last time that's why we eat on the ground floor breakfast. Overall the lounge is perfect to relax. The location is perfect, close to metro and you can walk around. I enjoy it a lot and if I have the opportunity I will stay in this hotel again.

Loves: Location is awesome. Inbetween Dhoby Ghaut MRT and Bras Basah MRT, within walking distance to Cathay Cinema, Plaza Singapura, City Hall and Bugis, with direct public buses to Clark Quay area. Loads happening right next to the hotel. Restaurants, cafes, 24-hour food joints, bars, supermarkets, cinemas, KTVs, gaming cafes; you will not get bored here. The hotel is newly renovated for about 1-2 years ago, thus you can expect pretty new amenities, lobby etc. Gym facilities was awesome with loads of machines and weights. Sadly it is pretty under-utilized but great for those who really uses it as the whole area is practically yours. Bed is pretty comfortable, with 2 types of pillows. No additional pillows were provided though. Service was pretty good overall, simply because of the technician (explained below) and 2 other service staff who went above and beyond expectations when we asked them questions.
The Not So Awesome: Stayed in the Deluxe Room approximately a year back. Found it pretty reasonable when comparing the price you pay to the amenities you get, therefore decided to head back for their Club Room, complete with Club facilities; rooms located on the highest level, private lounge with personalized checkin and checkout, complimentary cocktail and finger food from 6pm to 8pm, breakfast at the private lounge as well. Service was great. We were guided up to the club level by the front desk and checkin was smooth, complete with drinks at the modernized private lounge. However, was pretty disappointed when we got to the room. Not much difference at all from the Deluxe Room, except for the decoration. Room size and bathroom was pretty much the same (no bathtub for either rooms). DVD player was not working, but the technician came pretty quickly to get it replaced. Job well done for this. Breakfast at private lounge was very limited, thus we decided to go down to the main café for breakfast. Huge selection, however the food was very average; the quality that I will not pay for.

Loads to like about this hotel. BUT there are some shortcomings:
i. No restaurant ii. Very little communal space (e.g. it needs a much bigger lounge)
Everything else was good. The location is great (and there is a 24/7 shop open in the forecourt). The staff were really friendly. But these are two major omissions. It is so strange to have a gym and a pool but no restaurant and lounge.

Booked the Club room for a short 2D1N stay. The staff on both the level 1 reception and concierge, as well as on the 11th floor club floor were extremely welcoming and attentive. Service was good with smiles throughout from the bell boy/valet to the club manager.
Atmosphere was cosy and I loved having a pint at the Library Lounge.
Would recommend 100%.

Spent five nights at the Rendezvous in a deluxe club room on the 11th floor. The room was quite large with good views and a large, comfortable bathroom with a walk in shower.
Having access to the Club lounge, with the very helpful and friendly hostesses, was a plus. The food selection, though limited, changed daily and the beverage on offer included South African red and white wine, spirits and cocktails.
Great location for transport, with stations for three of the main lines just a few steps away, make this an ideal place to use as a base to visit the city. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Thank you for your query. Our Club Rendezvous (Club Lounge) is open from 7am to 11pm daily.
Our Breakfast commences from 7am to 1030am, Afternoon is from 2pm to 5pm and Evening Cocktails are from 6pm to 8pm daily and awe serve light refreshments throughout the day all the way till closing time.
