To ensure a safe, comfortable and personalised experience stay, the hotel sent me an email a week prior to my arrival and I’m required to complete the pre-arrival form. The pre-arrival form facilitates contact tracing and other response measures during the COVID-19 outbreak. Access to the gym, pool as well as breakfast session requires pre-booking. A day prior to arrival, I received a call from the hotel around 8pm and was informed that the designated check-in time is 11am and I can enjoy late check-out at 2pm.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was directed to the Post Bar to complete the declaration form and was seated while waiting for check-in. I was then directed to the hotel front desk to complete the check-in process. The front desk staff was very attentive and professional. It caught her attention that I did not return the pre-arrival form in advance hence she needs to check the availability of my request, for gym and pool access. The check-in process is smooth and pleasant, less than 20 minutes. It would have been faster if I completed the pre-arrival form 3 days prior to arrival date.

The Straits Club Marina Bay View Room is located at level 4 and offer stunning panoramic views of Marina Bay with sunlight. The hotel room is clean and spacious. Customised BALMAIN shower gel, shampoo, soap, lotion, shower cap, shaving, dental, vanity kit is provided. Slippers and bathrobes were ready in room. Complimentary minibar includes Nespresso coffee as well as wide selection of tea varieties from TWG. Comfortable mattress and pillow, no complaints about that. Due to the fiscal year end closing, I’m glad that there’s a work desk in the room with Harman Kardon speaker so I can complete my work. What I love most is the spacious bathroom with separate bathtub and overhead shower. There’s a single seat sofa which allows me to lounge my evening away overlooking Marina Bay.

This is my first hotel stay with The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and I had a wonderfully comfortable and pleasant stay. However, this is not my first service experience at the hotel. Due to COVID 19 travel restrictions, I’ve spent more time than usual dining at Jade and The Courtyard as well as pampering treatments at The Fullerton Spa. Last year, my company hosted our business partners at Post Bar and we had a pleasant experience dealing with the team.

I’m extremely impressed with the consistency of service standards be it customer hotline, restaurants, front desk, etc. The hotel staffs never fail to return my phone call/appointment follow-up. That is something a true 6-star hotel in Singapore fails.

There's just one little flaw and this struck me. I was ready to leave the hotel after I’ve picked up my luggage. I’ve approached one of your staff and she confirmed that she has called me a taxi and I can wait at the hotel entrance, not sure how she does it. I stood outside the hotel entrance for at least 15 minutes and it started pouring. I approached a lady, boy cut hair with spectacles and asked if she is aware that her colleague has called me a taxi. She couldn’t be bothered to find out why I stand there waiting for 15 minutes. Without understanding or taking initiative to find out more, she said that I can book a taxi on grab. I walk off and book a taxi on grab wasted another 10 minutes waiting for a taxi.

A successful hotel delivers excellent quality service to customers. Looking forward to my next stay!

Stayed in the Esplanade room with a gorgeous view of the Marina Bay and an added bonus of a outdoor balcony. Wasn't promised a view of the fireworks during NDP as this year's NDP firework location was not confirmed. So was surprised when we managed to witness the fireworks right from the balcony.

Breakfast buffet was served ala-carte style and staff were attentive to our needs with special care to the kids.

Overall a great stay for the family as kids are well taken care of from the start with the cute fullerton hotel activity book as well as the ice cream card. Only downside would be the difficulty to pre-book swimming pool slots due to COVID restrictions.

Celebrated my 23rd Wedding Anniversary here. Staff was attentive & even gave us a complimentary slice of y chocolate cake. The Premier Courtyard Room was luxurious & the water pressure in the shower is good.

Unfortunately, due to Covid19 situation, breakfast came in sets. The plate was warm but the food was cold due to pre-plating of food. Other than that, the staff was attentive to our needs.

Hope I will have a chance to come back again.

We had a wonderful suite-stay in this iconic Fullerton Hotel Singapore. The hotel and room were perfect apart from the unfortunate broken glass pieces in the balcony but the hotel staff promptly cleaned up after we had informed them.

Our family of 3 had 2 nights staycation in December during the Christmas week. The booking was done via the hotel’s site. It was efficient and fuss free and received a prompt confirmation from the hotel the next day.

The check in time, breakfast timing as well as the booking of swimming pool time slot was arranged 2 weeks before our staycation, giving us a peace of mind and assurance.

Guests were escorted to individual to complete declaration forms in view of social distancing. My 8 year old was given colouring book and crayons to be entertained, it didn’t feel like a long wait, ard 20mins. Check in was done efficiently and promptly.

We got a beautiful Quay Room with double bed, room was really spacious with generous furniture. I had an extra bed and the room is still spacious. Nice and comfy bed with great pillows. The bathroom has a really nice tub and spacious shower. The View from the balcony was gorgeous facing the river.

We took our breakfast at The Town restaurant next day, service was great with good selection of breakfast set. A bread basket & fruits was served promptly before we select our breakfast set. My hubby chose the bee hoon set and I had the congee set, both were delicious. My son had the western set and he managed to clean up his plate. There are many other good breakfast options near the hotel be it local or western type.

Swimming pool was quite small though, it is an infinity pool with great views facing the museums and Parliament House. Location is really superb which walking distance to raffles place MRT, boat quay and merlion park. I would recommend a nice evening walk by the river side.

This grand old beautiful hotel was beautifully decorated during Christmas season which really enhanced our staycation experience. Service was immaculate from reservations to dining to check out.

Unfortunately I forgot my brand new AirPod Pro and left next to the bedside table. I called the housekeeping but they did not manage to find it. It would have been the perfect staycation if not for the AirPod pros.

The service, location and the ambience of this beautiful hotel had been great. I will definitely come back for another staycation.

We had a Quay room, and the parapet on our balcony was quite high so we had to stand up to get any view. I believe they have Quay rooms on different floors, so I suggest you ask when booking if you can get a room vith river view and with a low parapet. If I remember correctly we were on the 4th floor, and if so I would recommend rooms on the 3rd or 5th floor (but I am not 100% sure of this)... As for the pool view rooms I can't answer for sure, but I would think the views are not so good from here as you are closer to the ground and the pool-area is blocking some of the view.
