Heard good reviews about the hotel so decided to try it for my holiday in Singapore.

Had to say I was disappointed. Needed to wait and ask for help at the concierge. No initiative. Arrived in the morning and staff were quite unfriendly. Room was more on the older side compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Singapore. Breakfast variety was limited and taste was average.

Will probably not return in the future, there are better hotels with better service for this price point.

We met with our daughter at Changi airport on 27/12/22 as she has travelled from New Zealand and us from Manchester via Dubai. On arrival at around 1000 hours at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised that our Heritage double room was ready, this included a bed settee for our daughter. We unpacked and then wandered out explore the local area and along the riverside came across the large number of bars and restaurants we opted to have a drink in "Harry's" which must have had an impact as we ate or drank there most days/nights. The Fullerton has a fantastic heritage and is ideally located for everything you could want to do in Singapore. We did both the Hop on/off red and yellow routes which is most informative from then on we did a lot of walking to explore deeper. Taking in the battlebox in Fort Canning - had a really good tour guide who made the talks most interesting, The Botanical Gardens where we had a tropical downpour - which actually enhanced our visit. We also walked from the hotel to the beach which was a bit of a challenge in the humidity but well worth it. Singapore has some wonderful parks laid out to cater for the pedestrians and those on other forms of transport, bikes, skateboards, roller skates and the space is shared with respect for mutual users. Breakfast in the hotel was excellent and we ate at our leisure sampling many choices that are provided daily. We chose to eat lunch & dinner away from the hotel and ate at many different restaurants within walking distance. We managed to get a good viewing point from the Cavanagh Bridge which is right outside the hotel to see the fireworks and drone display on Hogmanay which was something to behold. I used the hotel gym every morning before setting out on our day's activities which has a wide range of aerobic and cardio equipment. We did have lunch in the hotel prior to our departure on 04/01/23 which was reasonably priced with a varied choice and was excellent. All the staff in the hotel were courteous and informative and actually seemed to enjoy providing a high standard of service delivery on all aspects. If we were to return to Singapore the The Fullerton would undoubtedly be our hotel choice. Many thanks to all the staff and management for a truly relaxing break to set us up for the rigours of 2023 and all that may bring. Happy New Year to you all!!

I would rate Fullerton Hotel as 5 out of 5. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the bell hop greeted us and took care of our luggages and assisted us to the check-in desk. Check in was a breeze. I really love the scent in this hotel but i forgot to ask what it was as i wanted to know if they sell diffusers of the same scent. We spent the Christmas holidays in Singapore and Fullerton was well decorated for the holiday. A very tall Xmas tree made of their iconic stuff bears, among other beautiful Xmas decors they have. The breakfast is a buffet style and very generous with options. I peronally love the TWG tea! Our room is on the high floor facing the courtyard but still nice! bathroom is marble, toilet bowl is heated seat. Luxury toiletries too! I had a very good sleep! Try the in-room dining service too, elegant presentation and amazing menu. I highly recommend Fullerton as it is also accessible to the metro, amazing views of Marina Bay and close to food places. I will definitely stay here again.

Service, Hotel, and Room have been great. Super good service, clean, amenities, and everything is as you expect it from a hotel of this category. The location is fantastic both for leisure and business.

The only part which I think needs some help is the breakfast buffet. Both the service has been mixed (Saturday insufficient staff (but Sunday was ok), fresh fruit is good, but breads, coffee, etc. aren't good - ended up going to the near by Starbucks for coffee (yes, yes).

Yet, I would recommend the place and just look for a good place near by for a breakfast.

We had a Quay room, and the parapet on our balcony was quite high so we had to stand up to get any view. I believe they have Quay rooms on different floors, so I suggest you ask when booking if you can get a room vith river view and with a low parapet. If I remember correctly we were on the 4th floor, and if so I would recommend rooms on the 3rd or 5th floor (but I am not 100% sure of this)... As for the pool view rooms I can't answer for sure, but I would think the views are not so good from here as you are closer to the ground and the pool-area is blocking some of the view.

Fairly sure they do but you need to request the two beds at booking.
