The hotel ambience is good but the room service menu is quite pricey. Recommend patrons to head out to Far East or Lucky plaza to consume their meals. The front desk staffs are very approachable and friendly.

The York Hotel was located just a block from the Orchard Rd area in Singapore. The staff were helpful and efficient. The room was clean, large and comfortable. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was included and I was surprised that you could order fried eggs and omelets made fresh.

I was a bit scared after reading tsome of the reviews, but it is a great hotel. we got upgraded without asking to a cabana room at the pool side and it was fantastic with a good aircon, you need one. the food was good in the mornings and the service was great.
the hotel is close to Orchard street and shopping is great, we used the underground and got everywhere rel fast. it was great everything is so clean and it works. the taxi's are cheap and friendly if you need touse them.
make sure you visit Santosa Island it is worth the trip. the food is good in most places and VERY clean.
this is one place you have to visit and no better hotel to stay in other than the York Hotel.

We stayed a good and spacious room, but the wall was like thin, so I heard the noise of neighbors a little through the wall.
The breakfast was delicious. We could eat many kinds of food.
The staff were kind.

Mary was very friendly and accommodating. She was the only one who was the nicest and had conversations with us each time she saw us. The room that we booked (family premier) was spacious. Not my first time here. I am cmg back again in April! Can’t wait for my next staycay with York hotel.

its around Height 6 feet and width 5 1/2 feet
York Hotel does have Quadruple Premier rooms and they might be connecting rooms.
They do have smoking room but subject to availability upon check in
Hairdryer yes but no microwave. If you need to warm up kids food you can ask restaurant like we did.

We have 2 units of Cabana single level (approximately 46 sqm per unit) which can accommodate 4 persons in a room. The room can take a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children (child age 12 years and below) with existing beds. The beddings in each room are 2 queen beds with rooms overlooking the swimming pool.
As for our Premier Room, we have 64 units at the Tower Block and the room size is approximately 50 sqm. There are only 4 rooms on each floor which ensures maximum privacy. The beddings in each room is one king bed and Hollywood twin beds and each room can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 infant (provision of baby cot is subject to availability).
