We had a four day stop over after coming from a European River Cruise not feeli g the best my cousin whom we travelled with where upgraded to 2nd floor when we where suppose to be with them we got put on the B floor and not all

We had to wait nearly an hour during the check-in process before we could be attended to. Apart from that, the service crew that we had encountered with appeared warm and friendly. Premium room was very spacious with the required amenities provided.

I spent three days at this Hotel and except for the centralized location and the concierge desk of the hotel ( I was impressed the way the gentlemen packed by belongings in a corrugated box , covered the box brown paper , tied it with a rope and it just looked like a gift box ) there is nothing good.
The check-in took me 45 minutes even there was a confirmation number available. The staff the check-in counter was not trained and had to consult for every step. The training cannot be on the job as you have people as you have guests who have spent hours in flight and would like to relax in the room.
This was not enough, when I went into the room I was surprised to know that the hotel does not even offer complimentary bottles of water. Take it from the mini bar or get it from outside was the blunt reply given. I never called the room service the next three days.
I would think twice before I decide to stay there again.

Overall the room looks disgusting because some of wall paper peeling off, bathtub grouts got black marks and found a Band-Aid on the floor. We checked out in early morning and found the front desk didn’t wear mask, even the guests were in the lobby.

Lights and telephone were not functioning properly in room 1204. Very loud buzzing sound when 4 down lights were switched on. Else, room size, location and food were decent. Late check out at 3pm was nice.

Hairdryer yes but no microwave. If you need to warm up kids food you can ask restaurant like we did.

Thank you for your enquiry. We have 2 units of Cabana single level (approximately 46 sqm per unit) which can accommodate 4 persons in a room. The room can take a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children (child age 12 years and below) with existing beds. The beddings in each room are 2 queen beds with rooms overlooking the swimming pool. As for our Premier Room, we have 64 units at the Tower Block and the room size is approximately 50 sqm. There are only 4 rooms on each floor which ensures maximum privacy. The beddings in each room is one king bed and Hollywood twin beds and each room can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 infant (provision of baby cot is subject to availability).
