Write a reviewWilby was our landing pad in singapore as we arrived from australia for a multi year stay. we chose wilby as our kids were enrolled in a school up the road.
In hindsight, we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and convenient place to start off. The staff are very friendly and attentive ( shout out the tiger tan - the kind shuttle bus driver)
The apartment is peaceful (they warned us of construction noises but we hardly noticed any during our stay.
the premises are safe, and well kept.
the shuttle bus is very convenient while you’re learning the ropes of the public transport system.
the breakfast provided used to be used up for lunches and dinners for us. Pool and gym are well kept. The bus stop is 3 mins away.
housekeeping is done 3 times a week and to a good standard. the new style apartments are well equipped for plug and play.

Good and pleasant stay at Wilby, staff are attentive and helpful, and housekeeping is regularly done. The facilities like the gym are also very clean.
One drawback is that the breakfast ends really early, it would be great if the breakfast could end slightly later. Free coffee though.

I arrived in Singapore as an expat and stayed at Wilby's central. It has the convenience of breakfast, laundry, gym, multiple food options in vicinity, proximity to MRT, very close to Mall - what more can one expect in a new place? I was very comfortable with professional & courteous staff. The entire facility is very clean and also houses the world famous Asanoya bakery of Japan. If you come to Singapore, Wilby's is certainly a place, you wont regret staying at.

These are long-term residence serviced apartments. I come to Singapore to teach college courses for the State University of New York, University at Buffalo, every fall. I stay in Singapore for three months, so my accommodations must be comfortable and clean. Wilby Residences meets my needs perfectly.
This is my fourth year coming to Singapore. Although I enjoyed my previous serviced apartments, I wanted something closer to my university, and I wanted more space in the apartment. Wilby Residences gives me 80% more apartment space, and includes a washer and dryer in the apartment. The apartments are close to my university, with several grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The buses can get you anywhere quickly from the apartments, so all of Singapore is within reach.
One other feature is that the rooms have balconies. For many, this is important, since it is otherwise too easy to spend most of your stay in air conditioned rooms. The apartment complex also has a beautiful pool area, a large BBQ grill area, a gym, a conference room, and a clubhouse.
The staff have been friendly and very helpful since my arrival last week. This will be my new long-term stay choice here in Singapore.

I stayed in Wilby Central for 5 weeks while I was looking for a new place. They have a spacious room, complete kitchen, laundry, and gym, which is all I need. This helped me settle into my new role while looking for another place to move in. They provide daily breakfast during weekdays and cleaning services 2-3 times a week. The place is well kept and the staff are also friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place to those looking for a place to stay for business trips or those looking for a temporary place to stay in.
