Rooms Posat is right near Pile Gate of the old city. Tea Curic is very helpful and both enlightening and fun to talk with. The room, with attached full bathroom, is modern, well-appointed, and scrupulously clean. On the terrace by the main entry grow kiwis, oranges, and small, highly scented roses; there's a view to the old city and a bit of the sea.
Really happy with our stay at Rooms Posat. We had the Triple room and it was spotless, bright and airy. Our host Tea was so welcoming and provided great tips for where to go etc.
Location is second to none near the Pile Gate and not far from the cable car station.
We also took advantage of the airport shuttle. Tea's husband picked us up from the airport and dropped door to door for a good price. Made the whole journey seamless.
I would recommend and hope to get back to Dubrovnik someday. I'll look to book Rooms Posat when I do!

Stayed 2 nights in the triple room which was extremely clean and cozy. Our hostess, Tea, was welcoming and helpful! She greeted us and gave great directions from the bus to her home. She suggested a local coffee bar and we went! Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Nice sheets and plenty of towels. Small fridge and electric kettle made our mornings 👌 perfect! We would stay there again. The terrace is shared with family but the children are delightful!
We stayed in Posat Rooms in October and I think you will be hard pushed to find a better location. It is literally right across from the Pile Gate. Handy for both public transport and people who travel by car as public car park is very close by. Down side is that the location makes it expensive, both for the room and for parking (400 kunas a day). The room we stayed in (3 persons with view over the sea/old city) was clean and modern but small. The terrace shown on the pictures is nice but communal and shared with the family. Owners are friendly and helpful.
