Nice hotel with very popular restaurant in the midst of a large strip of upscale dining for Cotonou so lots of good choices nearby. Lovely French breakfast with first rate pastries included and small but refreshing pool. Room pretty basic but good AC.

The hotel is fairly everyday business... room is clean, shower decent, aircon works (if a bit noisy). Staff very friendly and helpful. There's a small gymnasium and a swimming pool I didn't use. I stayed there 7days and it was a very pleasant, but not remarkable hotel. I think reasonable value for money.

The breakfasts were very limited... some small pastries and/or omelet and that was all, so they could improve on that.

The restaurant/bar downstairs was ok. The fish and chicken I had was very good, and the beef in mushroom cream was delicious, but quite tough. Service was very courteous and friendly, but very slow.

Free Wifi was pretty good.

All in all, not a bad place to stay in Cotonou.

This hotel is in the middle of the expat area of Cotonou. It is very convenient to restaurants and its restaurant is very popular with expats. My hotel room was very nice and quite large with one major exception. The water pressure in my shower was very weak. After numerous complaints to the hotel, they improved it from awful to bad. This was very strange, as I traveled with two others who had excellent water pressure in their showers. The internet was very good and the air conditioning for the room was excellent. There are two reasons why I wouldn't want to stay there in the future. There is no elevator in the 4 story hotel. I had a sore hip while staying there and the walk up to the third floor was unwelcome. Also, I found it frustrating talking with hotel staff as their English was either non-existent or very poor. If you are a French speaker you will do fine. The hotel breakfast was not at their restaurant and was in a small room on the third floor. It was supposedly open at 0630 but wasn't ready for another 15 minutes. It pretty much was bare bones in what they had to offer. They did make a pretty good omelet, though. I have rated the hotel 4 stars because there was no option for 3.5. If I had excellent water pressure and an elevator, I would have given it a solid 4 stars.

Room Tip: Don't get room 11 if you value water pressure in your shower.

Good location in a street with a lot of restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets. Near the airport.

Staff friendly, French speaking, little English as well.

Breakfast buffet with fresh cut fruit, fresh coffee, cereals, yoghurt, bread and confiture. Omelettes on demand.

Wifi in the room available but not too fast.

Double room spacious, ok. Small fridge. No safe. Bathroom okay-ish.

Avoid rooms in the front of the hotel, can be noisy at night.

Stayed one night at this property en route from Grand Popo to Lagos, Nigeria.

Close to the Airport (although we were traveling by car), great street, appeared to be very safe, and a great bar attached to the Hotel.

Room was on the second floor, clean, comfortable, good shower with good water pressure and hot water, television, fridge with minimal supplies for purchase, complimentary wi-fi was not fast but useable.
Air conditioning worked fine and during our stay the power was consistent.

Breakfast was served in an upper floor dining room. Good selection, bread and pastries, cereal, fruit, fresh juices and hot option of an omelette.

Hotel had a small indoor swimming pool in the downstairs atrium/courtyard area. We did not try it but it looked very clean with some chairs for relaxing.

Staff on checking in and checking out were very pleasant and I have no complaints with our stay. I believe the standard to be good for West Africa.
