Fantastic hotel, great homely feel. Nice and clean. Great service and good people. The customer services is paramount to their ethos. I hope to return again some day real soon. Food was good too. Must thank all the staff for making it a wonderful experience. Wonderful pool too!!
My wife and I stayed in this hotel, we had our own bungalow over looking the swimming pool, very clean place and organised staff. The service was 1st class and the staffs were amazing. Best place for couples ;-)

I travelled from London on the 07.08.20 and stayed 14 nights, we went in a group of 9, my family of 5 stayed in a connecting room,to start off with I have to applaud the hotel to be open in this time of pandemic, they followed all the procedures and had saniters around the hotel, temperature was taken several times a day, rooms were cleaned daily. OK I am going to give you pro's and con's about this hotel, bare in mind this is a 4* hotel. Hotel grounds are lovely and well maintained, pool is one big pool with 3 slides and a pool bar, we enjoyed the pool alot. Rooms were very clean and spacious, with plenty of towels. Food breakfast was basic compared to other 4 star hotels, but there was an omelette station and fresh pancakes station, so my kids were happy, lunch and dinner was very nice with plenty of varieties, barbecue meat every evening, plenty of salads and sides,fish,chicken,beef/lamb everyday. Chefs were really good, waiters were very good and helpful, always with a smile on their face, fizzy drinks, tea and coffee available at all meal times. Ok now few cons, wifi you had to ask at reception every few days, some reception staff wanted to charge for it, I had to speak to the manager Mustofer, he assured me it was free of charge, my point is they should give one code and it should last the duration of your stay, also they don't provide water in your room, you have to buy your water or fill up in the dining room, only one bar open, which is the pool bar until 6, the bar at the reception hardly open, when you are all inclusive it is definitely annoying, we didn't always have an evening animation show, but when they did come on, it was enjoyable. Special mention to my room cleaner Asraf, absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble for him, all the cleaners were really friendly with a smile on their face. Manager Mustofer was really helpful at all times, he gave us stay in the room until 10pm in the last day, we were meant to check out at 12pm, thankyou Mustofer, beach was not that close, but they had a free shuttle bus to take you twice a day, there and back.Corals are amazing in Sharm, omg the excursions in sharm were absolutely amazing, breathtaking views. Overall our trip was amazing, hotel was lovely, would definitely recommend for the price. Special Mention to the Main hotel owner, he was in the dining room everyday, lovely man, very helpful. Thankyou to all staff at Virginia Sharm.

This hotel is perfect if you are not expecting lots of luxury and frills. My friend and I have just returned from a weeks relaxing in the sun and all the staff made this a perfect break. What made this really exceptional was the wonderful staff who could not do enough for you always greeting with a smile, a good morning how are you, this was from every level of staff grade from gardeners, cleaners, waiters pool attendant to reception staff and manager Waseem who was always very attentive and charming.

Yes the décor has seen better days but it is scrupulously clean everywhere. Whilst we did not take part in any of the games with the animation team, they were always wandering around making people relax especially Connor and Alex.

My friend and I always found plenty to eat and a lot of variety too, please bear in mind that many Egyptians holiday here and therefore the food reflects this but there was always something to please all tastes and the salads were wonderful and hot food was always piping hot regardless of what time you ate.

It certainly represented value for money and it was made all the better by the weather knowing what it was doing in the UK.

If its luxury and faceless staff who can't be bothered don't book this hotel but if it is charm, friendliness and good old fashioned hospitality then book this hotel.

Try to avoid Ahmed in the on site shop as he pesters you for "present" I should have mentioned this at the time as I am sure the management would have resolved by talking to the shop owner.

Superb time at this hotel. Made better by the brilliant attention at the bar by the very attentive Mahmood Ali (pool bar) and Mohamed Ahmed (reception bar). All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing that let it down was the variety of food and the running out of beer at 22.30 hrs for the last 3 nights on the trot. Hence the 4★.
