Clean room, comfy bed, cute balcony. Friendly, professional staff who always asked about our plans and what we did each day when we returned. Helpful staff who gave sight-seeing suggestions. Small, simple breakfast included. A few choices, such as, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, and banana pancake. Each breakfast also came with a serving of fruit and choice of tea or coffee. Fantastic location! Walking distance to Monkey Forest, Ridge Walk, Blanco Museum, Fine Arts Museum, many eateries and street market at the doorstep. Quiet except for roosters at 6am. Easy check-in and out. When we arrived a staff member carried our suitcases up the stairs, which we were grateful for since we were so tired. Good communication prior to arrival. Option to have airport pick up or drop off at a reasonable price. No kettle in room, but a communal kitchen provided hot and cold water. Would stay here again.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and didn’t want it to end. It’s centrally located to the markets, yoga studios, delicious restaurants, and the monkey sanctuary. The room had an adorable balcony and refreshing air conditioning. The staff was so kind. They helped us plan multiple day trips. The free breakfast is delicious and delivered right to your room! Would LOVE to make it back here and would definitely recommend!

Location is amazing, in the middle of ubud, next to the streetmarked.
Rooms are mostly clean. (unfortunately they didn’t really clean it during our 3days we stayed. Towels were stinky and didn’t get changed, even when we left them on the floor so they could see. Bin in the toilet was full and they only changed it when I asked them to do so.) anyhow they reacted friendly when I asked so and changed it straightaway.
Due to the big windows the room is always pretty warm even with AC. You can hear the neighbors very well inside the house as well as the ones outside.
Staff doesn’t speak English very well so if you have a question you might wanna find out yourself.
All in all still a good choice for this price.

Clean, excellent location, located in a traditional Bali style compound. Rooms are basic but lovely. No frills like room service or TV. Helpful staff even though I couldn’t seem to communicate in English or Bahasa that I wanted my laundry done - a service advertised at reception. Breakfast was very simple and a little tasteless but beautifully presented. I will be definitely staying again.
