The rooms are spectacular and very well maintained. Staffs are very friendly. The room has very Indonesian cultural touch with forest theme.

It's a must stay place. Breakfast was good. However, option for lunch and dinner in Menu could be in increased.

Where do I start. Extremely unprofessional. When we first arrived, reception (whom had very little English) were not expecting us and tried to get us to pay, even though all had been paid in advance. After getting this sorted, we went to the restaurant, bad move- they ran out of ‘rice’ (what!) and then they told us they had only 1 Bintang left. The first morning there was no water. Fire crackas were left off every night from out the back of the hotel (which we could see from our room) waking us each and every night. We have visited Bali many times and have never had a problem before- this place was extremely disappointing, never stay here again!!

This was the 1st hotel we stayed at on our trip to Bali, we arrived late after a very long journey after dinner had finished, we had to push a little to get something to eat, and we were offered nasi goring in our room which we gratefully accepted. We were in a wooden room in a sort of jungle setting with a series of ponds and fish under neath the wooden walkways. room was clean and tidy and we could sit on a small verandah to the front and overlook the "jungle" the other rooms were far enough away not to be overlooked. There are more private rooms with a small plunge pool and your own small garden, might be worth upgrading to that. It has been said on here that the restraunt is next to the road, and it is, we did not find this a major problem, but some might, you can sit further back in the restraunt to avoid some of the noise, the service is good but could be better, and the restraunt and bar area need to be updated, some work upstairs had started on our last day so maybe something is happening

We spent 3 nights here and can’t say anything bad about the hotel. Our room was cleaned every day, the staff was nice (English was not the best) and the whole hotel area was kept very clean.
At the pool you only have 4 sun beds but usually you found a spot.
As the hotel is close to the city center you can hear the street and at night me personally I could barely sleep due to construction noise, dog barking, cars and motorcycles.
