The AC policy is the worst part of the hostel. Dorm has no window nor exhaust fan, without AC how can anyone stay in the room? it is hot KualaLumpur, AC is a must. So everybody either go out or chill in small messy commonroom near the reception.
Best part of the hostel are the friendly staffs and location.

This hostel serve their hospitality so good. For budget hostel, it is the one of many recommended hostel in bukit bintang area. Clean room, spacious lobby for interaction between traveler. Just my advice, i think they need to do some renovation in bathroom and plumber pipe that cross the bedroom. Cause i see some flea in that pipe.. over all. Serenity is good for backpacker...

I have stayed in this hostel in the last week of October 2017. I'm shocked to read others review as it is not at all bad place to stay. If you have seen the walking street in Pattaya, Thailand. You are going to love the street this hostel is located in.

I did a solo travelling so for solo travellers this kind of hostels is good but not for couples for sure.

The hostel provides free breakfast that includes bread, coffee jam & butter. No fruits. It is maintained by two males one is quite friendly other one looks rude. I have paid only 40 RM for two nights & three days which is quite cheap for a good bed in an AC room with friendly roommates & food. I have met adventures, souls, here and made a friend from Russia.

The hostel is in Bukit Bintang which is a popular area for shopping, massage, nightlife & street food. You can catch a free public bus within walking distance. And what else? I'll update if I'll recover more information for the fellow travellers.

The place is dirty, they are not responsible.
I booked on booking.com sent 2 emails asking if everything ok, they didn't answer me.. and when i arrive they just said there i need to go tto somewhere else because they are doing some repairs on the floor of the room so i couldn't stay.

Dirt bed, it's not like on the booking photos at all.. the place is upstairs of a bar, so it's noisy, and the receptionist was sleeping laying down on the floor of the reception like he didn't care.
Don't waste your time going to a place like these.

I'm not one to usally write a bad review but I thought this has to be done, where do I start. Me and my friend are traveling south east Asia and we come to this hostel for a week we have stayed in many hostels along the way but this one is by far the worse.. We stayed in a 6 bed mixed door. If you want to sleep then don't stay here. We like going out partying ourself but the music outside is blaring until gone 5am. There are taxis constantly bibbing and people shoring on the street every night. We had breakfast included so wanted to get up for that but it stops at 10 and where you can't sleep at night when you do finally get to sleep we kept missing it from how late we were going to sleep. The guy that works here constantly walks into the room really at early hours of the morning 5am.. They don't give you a key to get in and out of the hostel so you have to ring the bell and wait for someone to let you in. All night I here people coming in and ringing the bell hundreds of times because the staff can't here then. The air con is constantly switched on and off. At nights is on freezing all night and you need to put layers on and when you come in from outdoor it's not on and your sweating. There is about 2 showers one upstairs one downstairs the upstairs one is big but cold and the downstairs one is like a tiny wet room. They have one Mirror Between everyone. This place is in a good location and does have safety lockers however there is no atmosphere what so ever. I would never stay in this hostel again and I would not recommend it to anyone

Hi! Thank you for your inquiry. We don't have a parking lot for our property. However, there are some paid parking around us. Our rooms are for 6, 8 and 10 people. If you want we can accommodate you in a 6 bed dorm with one mattress.
