The hotel located 2 minutes from the beach, but it is not so easy going down the sea. The terrace of the room was the best of all, one can sit and watch this blue green sea all day. The room was decorated like in the 1970. but really no need more. Breakfast was served at the upper terrace of the hotel so we could have generous verity of things to eat and watch the view of the sea and the island of Corfu. wonderful.
We were a family of 11 and had 4 rooms. First there was trouble with the booking from booking.com. Then we found out that the hotel is next to the main road and the noise from the street right in to the room was not pleasant. There is some kind of air conditioning in the room. But it doesn’t do much and the air gets heavy fast. The elevator is almost a death trap and we refuse to use it. This hotel is not kid friendly, the railing is low and at the top floor where the breakfast is there’s seating that kids can climb and fall over. So we spend as little time there and constantly watch the kids. The positive is that it is very clean and they’re good at cleaning the rooms.
Excellent friendly service from Petros and Clyde. Superb 5* floor dining terrace for breakfasts and glorious ionion sunsets. 4th floor room, lift and facilities all faultless. In a developing area, so local building activity is to be tolerated. Plenty of taxis if half hour walk to port is too much. Well worth visiting.

We were travelling with a group and the company booked Seaside Hotel.
I wasn't lucky this time and my room was a "corner" room with partial sea view. This wasn't though my biggest complain...
The shower didn't have a curtain and the bathroom was completely wet every time we took a bath so we have to spend time cleaning it our selves. This irritated me a lot especially knowing that most of the rest of the group got rooms with "normal" showers.
The rest of the room was modest and adequate and, fortunately, the air condition worked perfectly.
The hotels location if a bit far from the centre but the view from the restaurant is very, very nice.
The breakfast was, by the way, ok.
So my advice is to check which room they are giving you and to refuse a room with a bathroom lacking a shower curtain, unless you'll like to spend time cleaning it.
First impressions were great and the lady at reception was very helpful .Room was clean and rooftop is nice but when we were shown our room there was a building under construction that would have been our view for four days.....asked to move but they were sold out so we decided not to stay and they were not very helpful and said we had to pay for it by the Manager because "it was the room you booked with a partial sea view" - it was Sunday and I can imagine the noise on Monday when the boys get back at it. We could just see the sea through the floors being constructed in front of our balcony. They should have warned us about the construction, the tv was a Thomson about 20 years old and I could not turn it on. Certainly not a 4 star hotel .......I hope they don't charge us because we will fight them as we booked through booking.com and there were some good reviews.. in fairness there are some nice views on one side so ask for a room on the left as you are facing the sea. It is close to the beach and the rooftop is great.
Not what we were hoping for and definitely disappointed with what we were shown. Moved to a nicer hotel down the road.
