Stayed here for one night.
It was busy and we arrived before the check-in time, so we got to leave our bags in the luggage storage (bellman was helpful and friendly!).
When we returned later and saw the room, we noticed dirty and stained sheets and moldy AC. We went to the reception and got a new sheets and pillow cases. When we came back to the room we noticed that most of them were dirty as well.
We went to the reception and were told that there was no other room available and that there was no other sheets and pillows available.
In the morning there was a long queue for the breakfast, but in the end we got in and got to eat. Super busy, missing items and limited places to sit. But it seemed like everyone got to eat in the end, even if it went past the closing time for the buffet.
After the stay we sent an email, but got no response. The email is pasted below.
Very disappointed. Would not stay there again.
"Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to inform you about the disappointing and disgusting experience we had at your hotel when we visited earlier this month (5th - 6th of October).
When we arrived right before 14, we were told we could not check in, but that we should pay for the room to guarantee the room. This was ok, however, the problems later would have been solved if the receptionist had allowed us to check in a few minutes early.
When we arrived back, we were given a room as promised. The problems started when we arrived in the room. The sheets were dirty and stained, the room smelled, the air condition was full of dirt/mold, and the shower was growing mold.
When we contacted the reception to at least get clean sheets (sheets, towels and pillow covers) we were told that we had to go down to get it. When we got it we were told that they only had sheets available at the reception. The rest were locked in a room that it was not possible to access. When asked if we could get a different room, we were laughed at and told that all rooms are full every single night. Finally we were told that all of this was our problem because we were arriving late.
To top it off, one of the sheets that we got from the reception was even worse than the ones in the room.
In the end we had to use the least stained sheets, and share one almost clean pillow.
The combination of the unclean sheets and the attitude of the staff is thoroughly disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel with marketing such as yours.
When checking out we did not have time to bring it up because of the long time it took to get to check out and that we had to catch our transport. However, I would like to offer you the chance to respond before I post my reviews online."
