My partner and I stayed at the countryside Pai for almost 3 months during the isolation period. The property is beautiful with lots of trees and wildlife. Nice grassy area, a decent sized pool and a few hang out spots. It’s surrounded by mountains and rice field, very beautiful and tranquil location. The bungalows are not close together like a lot of the other one’s we saw in Pai. PLUS every bungalow has its own roof terrace amazing for having a sunset beverage. We loved staying here and we never got tired of the beautiful nature around us even while the whole town was in look down. The bungalows are clean and have all basic needs met.
The best thing about this place were the beautiful people who work here. Especially the manager. She speaks great English and helped us with everything, but really EVERYTHING we needed. I think she has to be the most helpful resort manager I have ever encountered. She really goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. There was many challenges during these months of being stuck in a foreign country, of it was finding a money changer or Finding the last avocados of the season :D Both her and her partner personally drove us to the airport upon departure in Chiang Mai.
This is by far the nicest place we stayed in mainland Thailand. Absolutely recommend. 10/10.
Thank you again to the countryside for making us feel at home in Pai (especially in challenging times like this)
Would definitely stay here again. The lady that runs it is so kind and welcoming and will help with any query you may have. The rooms are absolutely fine and have a stunning rooftop. The complex is quiet and within walking distance from the shops although we rented a scooter. The pool is nice and you can order food to be delivered to the hotel if you don’t fancy heading out. Will definitely be staying here again when we go back to Pai.
We loved our stay here right from the very start. We had a warm welcome from Jao who helps to manage the resort. She helped us to save lots of money during our stay by giving us great advice and recommendations and helped to make our whole stay a beautiful and unforgettable experience.
We were very happy with the level of care given and for the price we couldn't have asked for more. Complimentary water, coffee, and lifts into town/pickup from bus station.
The pool is nice and the resort is quiet enough to feel at peace but we made lots of friends with the same mindset who were also staying there.
Lots of cars around for animal lovers and the village farm just opposite open to visits so a great place for families too.
We initially booked two nights and ended up staying almost a week. The rooms are fine for the price, bigger than other huts I've stayed in around Pai and with a bathroom and fridge.
Thank you and hopefully one day we will be back! A great base for exploring the local area.
