Date of stay: February 2020
At check-in, Reception apologized for giving me a room facing the highway. I now understand why she apologized. The highway traffic noise was horrible. My wife and I probably got about one hour of sleep due to the constant zooming vehicles all night on the highway. Not that I would consider staying at this hotel again unless I could be assured of NOT being assigned a room facing the highway when booking, the hotel might consider having free ear-plugs for guests staying in the highway-facing rooms.
Additionally, although listed as a pet friendly hotel, there is no pet area available.
Overall, a horrible experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry for the noise you experienced while staying at our hotel. We are looking into upgrading our windows to help with the traffic of the noise. Also, we do have ear plugs available for free upon guest request. We hope that you will reconsider giving us another opportunity to serve you in the future. We always do our best to honor requests away from the highway and we also offer upgraded rooms in an interior hallway.
