I would like to personally thank Ramel, the guest service manager, for creating a memorable experience for my family, who came from out of town and stayed for the weekend, to attend the funeral for my grandma. This was almost two months ago! Ramel was so accommodating during check in, provided a great room, and was so hospitable. The front desk manager at check out was also great, and helped with billing. I will definitely come back and stay for a weekend after this whole COVID catastrophe passes. Thanks again Ramel and team, take care!!
First time back after the remodel and what a disappointment.
15.00/night parking...aren't we already paying enough for this property? (BTW don't leave early. Now that'll cost you $ 75.00)
Desks have no power outlets?
Had to ask house keeping for bath soap.
Evening reception (Food Options) were low budget.
For the premium you pay to stay here you get Omelets and bad bar munchies evenings. Save your money, grab a bag of chips and salsa and settle for scrambled (like everywhere else)
Spacious newly renovated suites, oodles of amenities (indoor pool, breakfast, happy hour snacks) make this hotel a highly pleasant and value-based destination. My child really enjoyed our staycation, and we enjoyed how roomy the suites were.
We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and the interior is nice and has good amenities. They were renovating and we stayed in one of their newer rooms and it was really nicely decorated. The price for the room was a great deal too on a Friday. We will be back!
Overall nice experience with my stay. Good breakfast and nice touch on the evening reception. The only issue I had is the consistent noise of the construction outside during day time. There is a living room attached with the bedroom.Everything seems quite new.
