The night staff person lacked customer service skills, was on the phone with a staff person as I approached the window for assistance and I was ignored. She was rude when she did addressme.

The first night there, I wanted to wash out some things, but there was no plug for the sink, so I had to use the ice bucket in the room. The bed sheet was too short for the bed and so the corner popped off in the middle of the night. The maintenance man changed the sheet before bed the next evening he was very nice.

The next day was a scheduked room clean (since they're doing it every other day during the pandemic). When I came back in the evening, I found the ice bucket still filled with my dirty wash water & not replaced, trash left on the nightstand and the little tube of "courtesy toiletries" not replaced and empties just left in a pile on my shower shelf. When I tried to call the front desk for the next hour, the same disrespectful nightshift girl refused to answer my call!

Grateful to have a place to stay because I'm a volunteer helping fire evacuees and realizing "it's not about me" I chose to not voice my complaints to the staff, but wanted to join the others here in reviews to let fellow travelers know what to expect to decide if you're willing to compromise.

I was traveling through and was able to get a room, there is a $30 dollar pet fee if staying with pets. The room has a microwave and fridge which is nice. Due to Covid we werent able to use any of the amenities but they do had a pool and fitness center. The hotel is next to everything all in all it was ok.

I was plesantly surpised with the size of the room! Very comfy beds, liked the window curtains and loved the black lavender soap! $30 pet fee, very resonable. Nice fd ladies advised on local restaurants. Hotel has also jacuzzi on site. We will be definately back!

Check in was good -- quick and easy. Front desk person was professional and friendly.

Room was excellent. Recent remodeling was done and tasteful. Still some yet to do, i.e. switchplates here and there, bathroom tile a bit dated, but even that not bad.

The location is convenient -- central and easy to get to everything. It's next to a shopping center and the highway is right there.

I was pleasantly surprised based on previous ratings. Recommended. 4+/5

We have stayed at this hotel location a LOT of times over the past 8 years ... dating back to Bay Park ownership. The location is excellent - right off Hwy 1 and right next to Del Monte Centre. The rooms are tired ... very tired. As we booked on Hotwire we got assigned a pretty pathetic king room in the last building. Was freezing cold on Thanksgiving and we could not get the heat to work properly ... and yet, our mini-fridge froze all of our drinks! Very small out dated TVs and no in room coffee. As it was so cold ... we certainly did not want to walk down to lobby as the hallways are open. Fortunately, there is a 24 hour mini-mart next door with a decent coffee bar so upon departure that was ideal. The bathroom products were ok. I want to love this place but it does really need a renovation. But it's cheap and you get what you pay for. Check-in was not very friendly.
