Recently stayed at hotel for quick one night stay. My wife complained about feeling of creepy bugs in room and dirty bathroom. In the morning I found small black bugs crawling up wall. Management did not seem overly surprised about bugs or tub that was dirty. Save your money and sleep in your car.

The room stunk, refrigerator kept me awake, nothing to eat or drink at the hotel, room basic but very outdated! I had a front facing ground room room which was noisy due to the road outside and people fighting in the car park at 2am.

Checked in on our way to San Francisco. Got to room and it was horrible. Refrigerator leaking all over floor. I made reservations for 3, me, husband and son. The pull out bed was sunken in and when I asked for sheets and pillows they wanted to charge me $14. Ridiculous! I was up most of the night due to the bed feeling like sleeping on a box spring and the thin walls listening to some couple of young people in the next room fighting. I’ll never stay at this chain again.

So, looking for local hotels with a jacuzzi we've struggled a bit. Have found a couple recently. This was our latest experiment and, well, it has nice, large Jacuzzi tubs. Adjustable jets, only 6 but that's about standard in a hotel, wide enough for 2 comforably. The room, well, I'm sure it was awesome 25-30 years ago, with a 2nd phone in the bathroom and a chandelier in the sitting area, etc. But the couch looks like it dates back that long, and the stains attest to the last time it was cleaned. That plastic-crystal chandelier is still there, circa 1970-something. Linens and mattress are motel 6 level. The room is spacious, and in room fridge, microwave, flat-screen are nice. Most of the artwork is nice, if a bit bold for typical hotel style. Overall, a decent place, and likely the cheapest Jacuzzi suite around. It appears mostly clean (couch notwithstanding; and one stained washcloth) and the tub was our main reason which lived up to expectations nicely. Dated decor is no biggie to me. Improved linens and a couch that isn't stained are my main issues with the place.

Stayed there because it was literally right across from the sports complex, So location is very convenient. Pool VERY small and cold. Room was good size--but most things were broken or poor condition. The phone in room did not work (however one in bathroom did). The TV remote not work, turned on TV from back--no signal-HD cable plug unattached. The WiFi--had a difficult time to connect and when finally connect lasted only couple minutes. The wallpaper had lots of nicks an tears. The refrigerator had overgrown ice in freezer--needed major defrost. Bathtub dirty. Sheets appeared clean--but were sooooo wrinkled--like had not been folded out of dryer. And the bottom sheets did not even cover the mattress. Lights in bathroom--one coming off wall, another not working. The window had a bent screen and the drapes had rips in it. $50 deposit--that is refunded after housekeeping looks at room --so better make sure to report everything so you don't get charged. The breakfast was cereal, yogurt. Hot items hash browns and sausage were cold and soft like had been just defrosted and put in warmer. The bread/waffles were dry/old.
