This location and staff was horrible except housekeeping. The girl Natalia wasn’t friendly at all who wants someone like this representing them. Over talking me when I asked something cutting me off. Where was management at this time. I will be reporting her to Fedex committee. I asked to have my room on the mall side because it’s quiet and she said we are sold out there was nothing she could do but she didn’t even try, and I’m sure everyone was not checked into the hotel at this time. I don’t wish her to assist me anymore.

Stayed 3 nights in an Executive Room on a quick trip to the Ontario area.

THE GREAT
- Excellent leather sofa and armchair. In very good condition.
- Speedy wi-fi at 173 download/93 upload Mbps service. Reliable and easy to connect.
- Easy 5 minute walk to Ontario Mills Mall. Close to many stores.

THE GOOD
- Quite a spacious room with a sizable seating area as well as sleeping area.
- Overall condition of room (walls, furnishings, accessories) very good.
- Small fridge, microwave and coffee/tea amenities provided.
- Iron and ironing board provided.
- Easy parking. Plenty of spaces available. No parking fee.
- Good complimentary breakfast for a 3.5 star hotel. Especially appreciated the waffle machine, and fresh fruit.
- Friendly front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff. Front desk let us preview room before keying; housekeeping worked to our schedule; breakfast room staff kept the area clean and filled.
- Large television with plenty of channels and clear reception.
- King size bed with comfortable linen, comforter and pillows. Nice touch with bed runner which gives thoughtful premium feel.
- Plenty of storage space in dresser and closet.
- Window dressing in good condition with blackout curtain, sheer and side panels.
- Air condition unit functioned well; it did make some clicking sounds once in a while but it never got bothersome.

THE SO-SO
- Medium-sized work desk with easy access to electrical outlets. Would like to have USB charging ports and a desk light more suitable for working.
- Bathroom was fairly updated with granite countertop, but floor area a little cramped.
- Bath linens were middle quality but in good condition.
- Good quality bath amenities including hand soap, bath soap and shampoo. No conditioner provided (we got one small bottle from the front desk).
- On-wall hair dryer worked well, but it was a low-power model.
- Shower decently strong and plenty of hot water. Shower curtain clean.
- Window lets moderate amount of daylight in.
- Our room was next to ice machine room; could hear ice being dispensed and sometimes it would be for a minute or two.

THE BAD
- Did not have a choice of room (and floor) upon arrival. Fortunately, we felt the room we were given had mostly redeeming qualities.
- Disappointed no in-room safe.

RECOMMENDATIONS
- Bath robe and spa slippers.
- Put some color punch into decor and color scheme.

Overall, a very pleasing experience so giving a top rating.

I stayed at this hotel for one night because my granddaughter was having her birthday party at the local Dave & Buster's. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating. Adele and Jasmine at the front desk could not do enough to help me. The room was large, nicely decorated and very clean and had all of the grab bars and shower accoutrements that I needed. The bed was comfortable and the TV was huge. When I went down for breakfast on Sunday morning, one of the front desk people without my even asking set me up at a special handicapped table. I was able to get my food myself but it was nice to have somebody bring me my coffee because I was a little bit afraid of spilling something hot. The breakfast was pretty comprehensive with cereal eggs sausage potatoes waffle maker bagels and more. It was a great experience.

My first time in the Ontario area, stayed at the Ayres Hotel (as do all flight crews with the company I fly for). Very pleasant front desk staff, from check in to check out.
Seemed odd for a hotel to have only one elevator, but that's OK. Once I check into a hotel, I usually take the stairs. My room had a view of the Ontario Mills Mall, just across the street. Nice fenced in pool area which I took advantage of for a shady outdoor nap (though short because it was 97 degrees).
Standard warm continental breakfast items, no surprises.
Overall, nice hotel. I'll be back many times over the next few months.

After a long week of work I needed to get away. The Ayres made my stay very exceptional. The 2 managers on duty which were Derrick and T were always pleasant to me. I really appreciate that. Its the little things that made my stay great. I love the wine hour for 2 hours I was very relaxed. This will be my new getaway place to stay from now on. I use to stay next door at the Suites but they are not so friendly there, and neither is there managers. Keep up the great work will recommend others to stay at this location.
