I'm not sure if the reviews I am reading are for the same hotel that I am staying at. I found the front desk man to be a little pushy and kinda rude. The "free" parking is first come first serve so if the parking lot is full you can risk parking on the street. That is what I was told. I got 2 queen beds crammed into a tiny room with a tiny and extremely loud mini fridge. Also in this room is the night stands a table and a tv/dresser. The room is in the back corner next to I'm assuming is their maintenance area. Shop vac and storage area. Alot of wood boards laying around which made alot of noise when the wind would blow. Definately not worth $127 a night. I would not stay here again. This is a max $60 a night room. The upside is although the furniture is old and outdated, the rollaway bed was disgusting looking and the space was to small for everything they had going on in there the room was very clean. The hotel its self seems very clean m. Which helped us to overlook everything else. I'm gonna say the pictures I saw for the rooms are not the room I got. Hopefully it's just the 1 room that has yet to be updated.
The room three beds and enough rooms to play a little bit. It was a lovely little resort. You could here the freeways since it was really close. But if you did not have a room in the front then you might not have heard the freeway. it did not bother our sleep though.
My husband and I stayed for one night after fighting traffic out if SAN Deigo through LA. We tried to find a reasonably priced room in Santa Clarita but didn’t see anything on Hotels.com. We drove around for awhile and found this little gem. We slept ok even with the highway noise. I sleep with ear plugs anyway because my husbands snoring is so loud. The room had funky decor which we appreciated. It was clean and comfortable. If you need a soft bed you might go for a 5 star but if you can handle a bit more firm bed you will be ok.
We had a very pleasant stay - from reservation (by phone), to check in, to our room. This property is a little off the main I-5 route, true, but if the price is right, it's worth it to stay for a bit less. Our room (king bed) was spacious, clean, nice decor, and the location was quiet. The traffic noise wasn't bad from inside the room (stayed Friday night) and the property was peaceful - did not hear any other guests, TVs, slamming doors, etc. The bed was VERY comfortable and just what we needed after our long drive. Thank you to the staff for doing such a great job. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we're in the area.
Our room was overall a good one. It was tidy and clean, no bed bugs like other motels and hotels.
We had no problems checking in a little late and having a good AC in the room was nice. Also, the decor is very appealing inside the rooms, it looks new. The only downside was the loud banging of dryer and washer since we stayed in the room right next to it, but that’s the people’s fault not the hotels.
One last thing, the employees need to read the signs and be aware people are staying in a room so respect privacy. Check out wasnt until 11AM and at 9:30AM a lady opened the door when we put the DO NOT DISTURB sign in front of the door ANDDDD she didn’t bother to knock before opening. Our car was still at front as well. I was just out the shower and that’s not okay. Becareful next time. Other than that, had a good one night stay. I’d stay again.
