Mediocre at best !! We arrived a bit early, around 1pm and were able to get an early check in which was great. Check in was very quick and the staff was great.
Pro’s - Room was great, very comfortable and you get access to coffee maker, sink, microwave, sink, and a nice little slide door patio access for rooms upstairs. Also, while there were some con’s the staff resolved these pretty quickly and pleasantly. Lastly, the pool area was very clean and they kept a good amount of clean towels in the pool area for drying off.
Con’s - The first room we checked into, the TV was unplugged for some reason and I had to re connect the HDMI and power plug, we also noticed the carpet was a bit wet. I figured out that the AC was leaking and they came right away and fixed the problem but also moved us to another room. Also, when booking the room we stated that we had a family of four. However, only two sets of towels were available in the bathroom for showers. I had to call up guest services for extra towels and they came quickly with more towels. I would suggest that they always check how many people are staying in the room and add towels accordingly.
For the price we paid I would not recommend this location. I have paid less at the Venetian in Vegas for the same amount of nights. If you are looking for a simply ok hotel with a high end price then this is the place for you !!
