We checked in late around 9 after an hour drive, the place seems full. We had 2 double bed reserved thru Wyndham online, when we checked in, it was over 12 charge. We tried to point out, and even showed our reservation, the clerk just said she didn’t know, but just whatever her computer system showed and printed out. We were tired and didn’t know what to do and about $93 a night at that time, was cheapest we could find, so we thought we could just tell the Wyndham about it next day.
We noticed the receipt had different reservation confirmation number, and room had queen size bed, not 2 double as we reserved. We didn’t think of any different since it happened to us before and without any extra charge. We called or emailed Wyndham, all they said was we had upgraded, that’s why about $12 more. But we didn’t ask for upgrade, and confirmation number wasn’t same. I am thinking they created another booking with my original booking information and charged me extra. Wyndham doesn’t care any of it.
The bedroom door keycard didn’t work, my husband had to go back to front desk and rekey, and still didn’t work. Went back twice and finally they sent someone over to find out it needed new battery. The light bulb in the vanity area went out one, so it was kind of dark, they didn’t care to come and put one in.
Breakfast was ok, that was one thing I could remember as a positive side.
